Never have I ever experienced a WORST customer service. I came with 2 friends and while we are waiting for our food we picked up 2 bags to put our bowls into to go. The women in a purple rugrats sweatshirt than said " CAN WE STOP TAKING THESE BAGS ". Very nasty and rudely and then proceeded to grab all the bags in customer reach from the counter and remove them. 1) why do u have bags in front of customers on the counter if we can't take them 2) it's a bag to put my food in..... 3) she was so rude i will just go to the white plains location from now on. If you're so unhappy with ur job get a new one instead of taking your nasty attitude out on paying customers. Maybe go about it nicely and say I'm sorry u guys can't have those. Horrible horrible horrible. Even the other employees looked embarrassed by her actions. And mind you this place is filled with children as well.
