I ordered a pizza and when I went to pick it up I used a coupon. When I handed her the coupon she seemed annoyed and was quite rude about it. If you don’t want people to use coupons don’t put them in the Savearound book. Food was great, customer service was not.Sincerely, Disappointed

Placed an order at 8:35 pm and the women could not have been sweeter.They closed that night at 9:00 pm but she was so accommodating when we got there to pick up our food.The pizza was delicious.Enjoy this one.

I don't mind the original papatinos in watertown but never has been my first pick, however being down camping in sackets harbor where papatinos II is located, we went ahead and ordered pizza and wings from there one night during camping and it was an entirely different experience, cook, seems recipes maybe even because it was phenomenal!! I thought maybe we just got lucky, nope. They are amazing EVERY SINGLE TIME, so much so, that we make the drive to sackets from watertown every single time we order pizza and wings, and for my family, that's at least 3 times a week! We ask for all flats, extra saucy and just a little crisper cooked maybe an xtra minute only for our wings and usually just a simple cheese or cheese and pepperoni pizza, however we are a family of restaurant owners, a cook and server that both work at a fancy brick oven Italian restaurant, we know our stuff, we love food, and I take happiness in letting people know where the GREAT eats are and papatinos II is THE BEST PIZZA AND WING PLACE AROUND HERE PERIOD. watertown sackets harbor all surrounding areas! Trust me I am a pizza addict and loveeeee my flat wings! I've tried every spot around!

The pizza was decent. It didn’t seem very flavorful but I’m also super biased coming from New York City. While the pizza may have not been to my expectation, I can fully promote their wings with 100% satisfaction. They have a perfect crunch and their hot sauce is flavorful. I wasn’t the biggest fan of their butter and garlic but everything else was great! The owners were awesome and super friendly. I will certainly come back!

At first very happy. Now not so much pizza not so much. Subs are meh. Can not get orders right. On hold to place order 10min. Then got to me then 2 seperate times put me ob hold. Then almost 2 hours in total for food. Pick up. Talked to a woman . From mass because she told me. Recognized my accent. Long story short she said multiple times. Multiple...... Owner is a freat guy will call you will make it right. Well nope. I am a local. I never forget.. Oh and they have a place in watertown. Will not be going there either. Did i mention i line to talk
