“As others have said, this is a place with a beautiful spot for a view. We visited in high season so we went early for dinner and were able to get a great table with a gorgeous vista. The food was decent but not what I would call "special" or gourmet but combined with the excellent service and view, we enjoyed our experience. We asked for a few minor modifications to our meals and they were happy to oblige. We would definitely go back.“

“We had a wonderful dinner last night at the Blue Heron. The place was definitely busy, but we did not feel that from a service perspective. Our server, Katie, was friendly, efficient and skilled. She anticipated needs and seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out quickly. Everything was delicious-the pasta dishes were hot and flavorful, they obviously were prepared and immediately delivered to our table. The beef dip sandwich was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The salads were fresh and well proportioned. I couldn’t believe how many shrimp were in the shrimp cocktail appetizer. Lastly, the ambiance on the patio was lovely. Especially sitting near the fountain. Thank you for a wonderful meal and relaxing time. We will absolutely be back again!“

“What a beautiful winery and vineyard in Chaumont. Unfortunately we didn’t get to visit the tasting room, but we did enjoy the miles of serene grass walking trails on the property- what a peaceful getaway! Our Airbnb host gifted us a bottle of their Golden Crescent White, which we enjoyed at our cottage. Definitely would make it a point to visit the lovely tasting room on our next visit to 1000 Islands.“

“First time at Wise Guys tonight and it was great. First off, I did screw up making a reservation but the super nice man (assuming an owner) was still able to find us a table. We had a great seat next the window, food was fantastic, server was friendly. We were too stuffed for dessert but got it to go and it’s fantastic. I love that they have a specific gluten free section on the menu as well so you don’t have to try and guess. Definitely want to come out there more often.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Carson’s was awesome I messaged the business page about some desserts for my wife’s birthday and in a short time I got a message back. The message was from the owner and she said they were closed Monday and Tuesday but she would meet me at the restaurant Tuesday so I could pick them. I picked up the Lemon raspberry bomb dessert and it was outstanding!!!!! I really was impressed with them coming in on a day off and making sure I had a great dessert for her birthday.
