The Prehns
This place is the dollar store equivalent of a Taco Bell.We went here as part of a fundraiser and 2 of 3 people in my party couldn't order what they wanted, unless they did so online. The utterly absurd idea that you have to stand in line on your phone to order something because the on-line and in-person orders are fulfilled by different "sides" is crazy. No, you can't have a Quesadilla, because we can't use the machine to make them, which is right there where we can both see it, but it's on "that side". Sorry, we are out of guacamole, but they are giving it to the people who ordered it online... "that side" isn't out yet.There wasn't a single clean table among the 4-5 that were empty, each looking like a firecracker was placed in the middle of a burrito bowl to signal the previous occupants were done. There were no napkins left by the time we were leaving, and the tea dispenser was out of 3 or 4 kinds of tea, which wasn't an issue for me, but was for people i could hear ordering behind me as i sat at a table i had to clean off myself with a dry napkin (apparently one of the last left in the restaurant).Next time i feel like this sort of food, I'll fund out if I'm Welcome at Moe's, it's just across the street.

I just drove from Eagle Mountain to Chipotle in SS. Picked up the order and drove home. The WHILE ORDER WAS WRONG!!!! PAID OVER $60. Chicken tacos has NO White sauce and we paid for extra. Childs chickened Cascadia had no chicken. Chicken bowl had black beans and we said no beans. When we call, no one answers. You have to leave a message and no call back!!! All we wanted is our money back!! We would like a call cause we aren't letting this go. No excuses for the while order being wrong! Call Bruce Watson 3853068222!!!! Order #J93-WA2

I’ve been to a lot of chipotles. This one is a must visit. It’s actually kind of hilarious how bad and mean the workers are. I mean, it is chipotle. At this point, it may be part of their business model to hire rude kids but this one in particular takes the cake. I also wanna add I have probably written a combined 0 reviews (good or bad) in my life. I’m not a 47 year old Karen with no friends or hobbies. I have a life. But my life must take a back seat for now because it has gone too far. To the cashier, try and mustard up enough customer service to say things like “have a good day”, “take care”, “see you soon”, “you look handsome today. I like your haircut and I’m really proud of how far you’ve come in life”. Little things like that go a long way.I’m sure there are a few workers who are great, work hard, AND give fair portions. So keep doing what you’re doing. I appreciate you….WE appreciate you. Anyways, I’m gonna eat my burrito bowl that has 3 pieces of steak and costs $20. Please get more consistent scoopers. See you guys again tomorrow.

Amazing! As soon as I walked in I knew I made the correct lunch choice. The atmosphere has amazing energy! Every employee was happy and energetic! I was bummed I couldn’t tip them for the amazing service ! Super fast efficient and delicious ! Thank You!

We have been here dozens of times. It's usually good. Today the chicken was totally tasteless. Server "Sophia" had a huge attitude problem...slopping sour cream and lettuce all over the place. Another girl had to step in and fix our meals. Understand that it is busy at lunchtime and the workers are a little frazzled. But, that's not our problem. Overall pathetic.
