What a great Mexican Restaurant in Saratoga Springs ! The ambiance was great the service was impeccable and the food was fantastic! I had the chimichanga with rice and beans and it was superb! The Margaritas were excellent and not watered down at all and the service was impressive! What a great experience! Thumbs up to this restaurant!

overall very nice: 1 issues is parking can be very hard there. but food is very good, generous and delicious portions. excellent drinks. been there many times but i'll be honest i only go in nice weather and eat outside, never have i/we eaten indoors.

CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS: Had a pretty decent dinner with a wonderful woman. But my straw wasn't clipped at the bottom, and for some reason, it was hard to get a hold of the waiter until my dinner was served by a different waiter. It just isn't the same as before. I didn't get the free appetizer that normally comes with every dinner, and I also didn't get the shot at the end of my meal. I know the exact tip I left and I have my customer copy of the receipt still. However, they added a few more dollars on for themselves(as seen on my bank statement). So, as a Saratogian, I warn everyone to watch out! (Not sure why they took extra money, if they didn't serve me. Atleast mcdonalds asks if I want any sauce) *tip was 15% flat for lacking service*
Back in Saratoga for a volleyball tourney. Our tradition is to go out to El Mexicano after the first day or competition. The Good: We were a large group, walked in at 8:30 and these guys accommodated us no problem. The food is reliably good and fast. The service was pretty damned good considering there were 20 of us. There will be the occasional forgotten fork or refill, but these guys are pros. The Bad: I had called earlier and requested a table and was told it would be first come, first served, which I totally get considering the size of our group. It worked out fine, so this really isn't a "bad", but this is really the only negative if you want to call it that. These guys are pros and have a nice restaurant. I recommend it.

Birthday party for my granddaughter. They made her feel so special. Dinner for 6 around 200.00. Food was very good. Would recommend.

We had 15 people for lunch yesterday. The food was great, service was great. As we were paying the bill a man who had just showed up to work (named Poncho), started pushing us out of the way. He rudely told 4-5 members of our party to get out of his way on seperate occasions. I asked our waiter if this was the owner. He said no and told us this man is always nasty. He should be fired. We will never come back here because of how he treated everyone.
