I have one word to describe Hatties next to AT&T on Rt 50...disgusting!The Valentine sour dough puffs or whatever they were, were nothing but grease balls. There are no words to describe the chicken...if that is what it was. The sweet potato fries were dripping in grease. Plus to add insult to injury, they dumped what looked like a bag of salt over everything. In my opinion, this is not a safe place to eat. I threw away everything. If I get sick from the little I tasted, I will call the health department.

We ate here recently and the staff was friendly and the restaurant was so clean! But, the best part is the amazing chicken. It is the best fried chicken I have ever had. We even took home our left overs and reheated them in the air fryer and it was still amazing. Highly recommend!

Staff were friendly and quick. The prices for the food quality were insane. The chicken sandwich was also not even a breast. It was full of greasy dark meat. Tea tasted like cheap Lipton and they charge 3.50 for a cup. Not worth it. The breading on the chicken was the best part of it.

Wicked expensive for chicken. Two of us $58 plus tip. Ontray prices for sides. Food was good. Girl taking orders was rude. She was making some customers walk out .Then chairs getting slammed on tables next to us because they were closing in 15 minutes. I won't be going back.

Like Rein's Deli on 84 in Vetnon, CT, Hatties is a must stop place for travel through Saratoga. The almost make you feel like you are south of the Nason-Dixon line!

The fries maybe a bit soggy so maybe go for a different side. But WOW that chicken—they are not playing around. Perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious.Kid-friendliness: Kids were definitely present, and they have a kids menu.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free breaded fried chicken too

The sides were okay. How ever I ordered a 10 family meal and the chicken was not cooked through. Very disappointed. I did take pictures but there is no option to share. 50.00 of food,25 minutes from my house and in went in the garbage.

***This is for the Wilton location only***We spent $55 on dinner for 3. We ordered a big daddy special, two pieces of chicken plus a side of cole slaw, and a kids nugget with fries. We forgot to order barbecue sauce with our meal and went to the counter to get some sauce. They charged us $3 for two sauces. Then told us if we had ordered it with our meals it would have been free. Get real.I probably wouldn't even be writing this review if they had not charged us for the sauce. It's just the principle at this point. Overrated chicken at best at this location. The Saratoga location is way better. Go there.

Worst food ever.Hattie must be rolling over in her grave.Poor service. The lady seemed annoyed that I was even there placing an order.Spent almost $50 for a family meal.Coleslaw was definitely old from Smelled like you know what.Chicken was dry and not well seasoned.Collard greens were sweet.I'm from the South no one makes sweet collard greensSavoryor neutral is the name of the game.I could go on but I won't this is a chain.. Now and I think Miss Hattie must be rolling over in her grave..?So disappointing.

Great chicken, fast and tasty and never feels like it was sitting under warming lights.Sides are good and plentiful. While known for Nee Orleans style fried chicken, their Nashville hot is surprisingly authentic.
