My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and a mo mo cheese bowl. Quesadilla was okay but not worth the price. The bowl was a joke, a tablespoon full of meat, barely even filled the bowl. The bench seats were loose in the booth. Quality was severely lacking foe the price they charge for food. We won't be back.

This was probably the worst Moe's I've been to. It was dirty, the 2 guys working there made it very clear they didn't want to be there. They were out of several key ingredients. Both my burrito bowl and my wife's were basically slop. Not sure if it's just a staffing issue or what, bit I can't recommend this location at all

Getting through the line at this moes is like trying to get through a Harry Potter movie. It's just terrible. Then you get the food and you realize that the chips aren't cooked and someone seemingly dropped them in a full dirty mop bucket before placing them in my bag. I wouldn't put this burrito in a 3 man slingshot and launch it at homeless people it's so bad. Also the drink machine is down :(

I only go back because I’m a glutton for punishment and their rewards system doesn’t work so they usually just give me the free eats cuz they don’t want to mess with it. I’d rather eat a corn dog on a nyc subway during an Ebola outbreak then go back to this place.

Decided to visit Moe's today. The food was great. They were very nice but short handed. Luckily I went early enough to avoid this. Difficult to find more employees these days.20Sep22. Rt50 Saratoga NY @1600. On the way home I thought that Moe's sounded good. It was very slow. The counter person was pleasent and accommodating. The food tasted rely great and the hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. Perfect. Thanks for the meal. ?????Update: 23Sep23Everything was perfect as always! Food was hot and fresh as it should be. The staff behind the counter were incredibly helpful and friendly. I love coming here. Thanks you guys look forward to the next visit

Ordered nachos which is probably the easiest thing to make on the menu. Apparently I was wrong. Ended up a sad and grossly overpriced meal that consisted mostly of stale broken chips and minimal toppings. Staff were rude. They were offended that my card was not tap to pay because the chip part of the card machine is broken... Will not be returning.
Store is closed super early and there isn't even a sign on the door. Went at 6pm and Google says they close at 9pm...

Great friendly staff always welcoming here! Food made to perfection. They did not have any of the correct size lids for the Large drinks so they gave me 2 mediums instead which was fine with me.My only negative comment was that the soda machine seemed to be leaking as there was a huge puddle on and beside the floor mat; although a wet sign floor was placed the floor mat was sopping wet and still quite slippery.

I just returned from ordering a bowl on rt 50 in Wilton. As I'm in line I look around and think - wow this place looks kinda gross. As I'm thinking about leaving - it's my turn / so I think just order. I get rice black beans white meat chicken tomatoes quac and cheese. I receive a generous amount of chips - they taste like really bad oil so I toss them once I'm home. As I sit to enjoy my dinner I notice it's kind of cold. I take a bite osalad and its horrible. The salt level is so high I can't eat it. I mix it up thinking bits on one spot- the entire bowl is laden with salt I thi k it's the chicken - I literally throw it in the garbage. I guess I should return with it but forget it - I'll just never go again nor should you !!
