The shop is tucked away in downtown Saratoga. It's got a cute ambiance and mimic a small ice cream shop. As gelatos go, I was not a fan. In my experience, gelatos are rich in flavor. It was tasteless for Nutella and Chocolate. $15 for two small cups.

This review is for the owner of the store. If you have humanity, you will read this message and correct the situation. Four of us went to your store today around 2:15PM for coffee. Associate approached us and we ordered two cappuccio and one regular coffee. While she (sales associate) was preparing coffee, she was shaking and ended up burhing her hand. Long story short, She gave us the cappuccinos and as we went to your little table to add sugar , and sugar was empty. So i asked the girl for the sugar...and her response was " i am not sure if we have sugar and she started crying and shaking". Then i asked why she was crying and shaking...with loads of tears, she responded, " i dont know what to do and i am autistic". A shocking answer to me! How the hell, you (owner) let her work by herself? You do not have any common sense? It is really good that she is working but someone else needs to work with her. Please have someone with her so this poor girl does not get stressed when a group of customers walks in. Helping her will definitely help you and your business. Autistic children are angels and they are way better human than us.

Stopped in with my 8 year old son on a cold, rainy Friday afternoon - but that didn't deter us...we wanted gelato so we were gonna have gelato! My son had old fashioned vanilla and I had coffee - the flavors were just ok. Actually, my coffee didn't quite taste like coffee though. I can't really pinpoint the flavor - closer to caramel maybe - it was weird. Didn't taste bad by any means - just didn't taste like coffee. The consistency of both servings were excellent - smooth and very, very creamy / velvety.

This place is the real deal. Perfect texture, great flavor and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I got the coconut and my husband got the chocolate orange flavor. We both loved it. If you are dining in town, save room for dessert and take a stroll over here!!!

Very disappointing. Few gelatos on offer. The flavors available did not live up to expectations. Service was slow and lackluster. Go down the street to the ice cream shop.Reply from owner indicates 24 flavors were available. Almost all appear to have been put away, we had to choose from 3 or 4.

The gelato doesn’t have the creamy consistency that gelato is suppose to have, and it’s pricey. The girl at the counter doesn’t have great customer service skills. I asked to try a sample, They have a sign that says” sorry no samples” but she gave a sample to another customer.I’ll go to Burlington vermont and get shy guy gelato, which is small batch made, it’s less expensive, and they give samples.
I had the most amazing coconut custard gelato. Absolutely delicious!

Very authentic. We had the pistachio and the cookies and cream and loved both! The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful. We always pass by it but last night was the first time we've gone in, will definitely be visiting more often.

Used to love coming here. Quality has deteriorated - way too much sugar, the taste of product kept in the freezer for too long, and ice crystals. While customers would have no issues paying a premium price for a high quality product, the pricing is ridiculous and the product is trash. The espresso machine was turned off over a hour before closing, which was quite disappointing.
