Looking for a local restaurant for breakfast we happened across Shirley's Dinner. Lots of great options including what looked like killer pancakes. We opted for one of the many healthy options on the menu and got both the Mediterranean and Healthy omelette. Both were yummy and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Well worth the detour from the highway!
I was disappointed that the blueberry lemon drop crepe I ordered was cold.... I expected a warm freshly made crepe, and got a cold plate.... it could be on the menu that the item is cold. Then I ordered a corn muffin. That was almost no longer fresh. The waitress was wonderful about the situation. My husband enjoyed his meal fully despite my disappointment .

Great breakfast fare. Just wanted to correct the person's comment from October 2022: Shirley's is still the same breakfast place as always, serving the same type of food. However, a different restaurant takes over in the evenings. They seem to be sharing the space.
