All the food I’ve tried and had delivered has been delicious! I have never had anything that I didn’t enjoy eating! I order and pay by phone and have my food delivered. The longest I’ve waited for my order is 30 minutes. Many times it’s delivered in 20 minutes. Even the delivery workers are very pleasant to deal with! Give West Ave Chicken a try, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!! Everything I selected below as suggestions, I’ve personally eaten and enjoyed very much!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing fried chix sandwich made to order. Side of Nashville Hot sauce which was fantastic (not too hot or too sweet). Half the price of all other (non fastfood) chix sandwiches in Saratoga and will def be back.

We ordered the same items twice....first time was pretty good but last time bad. It tasted realty bad like they haven't changed the oil in their fryer for quite awhile. Sent them a massage about it and received a massage on our answering machine. Called back but the manger was out of the office.....never received another call....probably won't be ordering there again.

We had a genuinely awesome experience here last night. The order of boneless wings was HUGE! Real white meat chicken too, nothing processed/formed here. And the sandwich! I love my chicken thin and crispy, which is super hard to find. But this is it! My only thought for next time is I might order the sauces on the side as there was a whole lot of it on the sandwich.Can't wait to try their other menu items!

Just picked up a delicious fresh chicken sandwich with the Saratoga chips and a little coleslaw on the side at West Avenue chicken. Excellent as usual, love this place!The girl at the counter is super, great customer service all around.Highly recommend. Super good prices too.Looking forward to trying all of the fabulous things on the menu .

I usually ignore one-star reviews, and in this case, I'm glad we did again. Had a couple of orders of wings and they were great. Ordered crispy and a custom spicy garlic parm and also sweet chili and both were excellent. We ate in the restaurant around lunchtime. Took about 20 mins to get our food but they told us upfront and they were ready on time. Would definitely return.

I ordered delivery through GrubHub. I got a tamale, a Guatemalan Arancini (Spanish Rice Ball)and a Churrasco. Each item was amazing . My order was 20 minutes ahead of schedule. The food was piping hot and delicious . I will definitely order again. Or maybe go in person so I can comment on the atmosphere.
Fabulous chicken! How do they get it so juicy? Service is exceptional! This chicken even taste great when they leave it in the oil a little too long.

We ordered takeout online. I always thought places preferred customers order online so they didn't have to pay someone to answer the phone and take orders. Apparently I am incorrect in my belief as I was charged 4% for placing my order online. Are you kidding me?? The food was delicious but don't know that we'll be purchasing there again. Really too bad.

Would rate below 1 star if I could. They have to audacity to call themselves a chicken place. Being 1 mile down the road from Hattie's, and serving frozen Tyson chicken tenders & fries like a school lunch would. And a chicken sandwich with dry, bland, literally almost paper thin meat. A far cry from the Wings Over that was once here. Avoid unless you are feeling nostalgic for Middle School lunches.

West Ave Chicken is the best around, if you catch them on a good day. The fried chicken dinner (currently $19 for a full bird, $14 for a half bird, both including two generous sides) is perfectly seasoned and fried and the cole slaw and potato salad are just right. But because this is a homestyle restaurant there will be different people in the kitchen and tastes and quality may vary. Because this is Saratoga, it's worth betting that you get a winner! Also, the chicken takes a LONG time since it's fried to order and they sometimes get backed up so call ahead with your order.
