The plus size server wearing the hat today was rude and disrespectful. Got angry walk away after I asked for fresh rice. The rice was sitting in the open from a previous customer. They did not have a sufficient amount of food.

Me and my friend with her kids went to this store to buy food. The employee was rude and unprofessional. She had an attitude and every-time we ask for extra stuff she gave us an attitude back. She looks extra annoying doing her job. Customer service is to make the customer happy and she was not. Also, the manager was behind her and didn’t even spoke to her. Even, my niece notice her behavior and she only 8 years old. It since like she serve me old food because I have food poisoning since I ate there.

The young lady serving the food was not so friendly. Probably because she was overwhelmed by the line of customers waiting or it's just her personality. She was tossing the food in the bowl and had an attitude while doing it. Please don't ask for extra of anything it made the situation worst. The food had no flavor. Very disappointed.

I was under the impression that Steve Ells was the founder of this restaurant,I never knew Fany which was the cashier today was the founder. It's sad how nasty her customer service was, she was very unpolite and very rude when asking how much was for my order I could not hear her I ask again and she just stood there like a mannequin and repeated the prince left the bag there didn't even say thank you have a nice day, she just walk away? not to mention the rice was so hard I had to throw the food away. The point is if your not trained to deal with customers this is not the place for you, I strongly suggest coaprte to retrain her. I will give a zero but only allow a 1 star plz be aware.

I have been ordering from Chipotle on Central Ave for years. We usually order once/week. We stopped ordering from the Chipotle on Tarrytown Rd because they always got the order wrong. We ordered from you guys last week through Uber as we always do, you got the order entirely wrong. 1/2 the items ordered on our salad and Burrito bowel were missing. We were hoping that this was a one off. But we were wrong. Ordered again from you guys yesterday, and you messed up the order eve worse than the prior week! There was only one item, not 2 like we always order, and it wasn't even close to what we ordered. I called your restaurant immediately to correct the mistake, but it is impossible to actually get a live body on the phone. Obviously we are done with Chipotle. Horrible experience and customer service.
