Everything you’d want in a small town bakery. Fresh pastries and coffee. Their babka is the best. I special order a box when I’m going to see family upstate. Their almond croissants are popular as well. Martine’s has a quaint and cosy atmosphere. They have a few small tables out front, if you want to sit and eat there. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars across the board is due to mediocre customer service. You’d expect a neighborhood staple like this to be friendlier and more approachable. Instead its small town bakery appearance and perfect vibe is maligned with its big city customer service. Quick, short and the sense that those working there are slightly annoyed they have to take your order or wait on you. Their food and cappuccino are still worth the trip!Parking: Depending on the day/time parking might be challenging.

This adorable bake shop is a must when visiting the village of Scarsdale. Great selection of macarons, croissants, pastries, cakes, savories, even babka! Cute inside. Friendly service. One bite of their pistachio croissant will send you to heaven. You simply must try it! It combines a flaky croissant with a moist and sumptuous baklava-style, pistachio-laden bottom. How they manage such a perfect balance is beyond me, but they do.

I usually love all of their pastries, but I bought cupcakes for the Super Bowl ($5.75 each) & They were not fresh. It was embarrassing on top of being disappointing.

Came in to buy a mini tiramisu and a black forest cake for a birthday party. Everything looked great, the display was well stocked, and the service was reliable even though it was peak hours for business.I cannot speak to the quality of the pastries there, but the Black Forest cake looked much better than it was. The frosting to cake ratio was 1:1 and it was a 2-3 layer cake, so it ended up being overly creamy and sweet. This flavour profile might be good for some, but I would have preferred less cream between my sections to properly enjoy the cake. I heard the tiramisu was very good though (I didn't eat it).I would love to come back to this shoppe to try their pastries and regular assortment of items. Even though I may not have enjoyed everything I bought, the quality of the work was good and everything tasted fresh.Parking: This shop is across from the train station, so the street and surrounding area are lined with parking spots. It's a very busy intersection, but there is a lot of turnaround for spots.
