I’m reading the comments and cannot believe any because I come here every morning at the drive thru and the staffs are absolutely the best , great customer service , they great you so pleasantly and always wearing a smile even one time I had an incident where they charge my card plus took my points out by mistake and they fix the situation with the most amazing service

we ordered cappuccinos and they were underfilled. This isn’t the first time this has happened and the workers were giving us dirty looks and being rude about it when we asked them to fill it up.The food is constantly stale And the egg bites taste rotten. The workers are rude, except for the ginger one and the black haired one, and the one with short hair.The rest of the staff is very lazy and they need to work harder and Starbucks really needs to work on their locations and getting their workers in check.

I usually come to this Starbucks every morning and never have any issues until today. Today I decided to get a peppermint hot chocolate, when I approached the barista DES about my drink being made wrong and asked politely for her to remake it as well as me getting a red cup from the giveaway they have today she denied my request and then went on with an attitude to rant about how annoying I was because I asked for my drink to be remade. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in this Starbucks.

A bit of a hit or miss, usually, the drinks are good but there have also been instances where I have not gotten the correct drink. There have also been 2 times when they were out of an ingredient to a drink but made it for me without the ingredient and informed me after they gave me the drink and I asked about the ingredient.

Customer service was very bad, I ordered Caramel ribbon crunch and in the picture it had whip cream on top but never did. They didn’t call the name, and when they finally did, they said whole different name. I wish I could get a refund.

I mean I have to be honest they were rude for no reason just I just smiled and took my drink. Maybe they were having a day or something so I guess it's ok but just to be sure I'll go to another Starbucks next time lol. The latte was good just didn't like how rude they were.

I would say the Cafe Americano I ordered was the worst coffee ever, but I'm pretty sure there was no coffee actually in the cup! I saw the guy pour in hot water, the my requested splash of half & half - and that's exactly what it tasted like: hot water with a splash of half & half!

Service is slow because they need more staff to manage the drive thru, online orders and walk in customers. Standard food portions are small. Atmosphere is a bit hectic.

Okay, so I came in here and ordered my drink - pretty normal, right? NO! First, it took about 15 minutes to receive my drink even though there was one person in the store. ONE PERSON! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? In fact, I had to ask for them to make my drink because one worker told another worker to make it, and the worker decided to just not make it!!! (Btw my order was a strawberry refresher with NO lemonade) Next, I hear the worker say to his worker friend "OHHH BROO Did u put lemonade!!!!???" and the other worker responded "OHHH YEA BRO" meanwhile they are both reading my order sticker and joking about how I was not supposed to get lemonade. However, the worker proceeds to hand me the drink THAT HAS LEMONADE!!! WHY WOULD THEY GIVE ME A DRINK THAT THEY KNOW IS WRONG???!!!!! EXCUUUUUUUSE ME???!!!!! Anyway, I kindly asked him to remake it because I did not ask for lemonade and he was not surprised at all that I handed it back. Hmmmm I wonder why?? Then he remade it and didn't even fill it up all the way. I actually wanted to cry at this point because I was left with a watered down refresher that it not even a Venti, even though that's what I ordered. This is the LAST TIME you're getting my business- from now on I'll be driving the extra mile Vernon Hills instead.
