Ordered two pizzas tonight. Got the wrong pizza and reached out to the store to get a refund, was only offered $5 on a $13 pizza. The correct pizza very under cooked and the sauce was terrible.

We have been buying from this place since they have been here and never again, first the girl answering the phone didn't know what a medium pizza was even though it's in there menu, so the rude a** owner got on the phone and told us that the price on the menu is for only 4 items even though it lists 7 or 8, then he try's to charge us $42, and we just paid $30 2 weeks ago, he told my wife, LISTEN LADY MY PRICES ARE MY PRICES, she said, ok then we order there all the time but your gonna lose us as a customer and he said GOOD THEN, wish I could leave a zero, the food sucks anyway but my wife liked it, we ordered the same Pizza from Towne for $25

I've ordered from them since they opened 2-3 x a month, today a pizza I've ordered before for under $30 they tried to charge me $41, I ordered from someone else in the end for $25 and gave the driver a big tip, they no longer have my business after years of being loyal.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I placed my order online and paid online. My order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 5:20pm. After standing and waiting 25 minutes they told me they did not receive my order which they were able to pull up on the computer. When my order was finally ready (6:05) I asked if I was going to be compensated. The owner was not willing to compensate in anyway and asked very nasty did I want my order or not. Under no circumstance would I recommend this place or go back. Save yourself the aggravation and go some place else.

Ordered chicken wings, chicken tenders and pizza for delivery. Showed up 1.5 hours all food was cold and bag was leaking wing sauce. Called to complain and they told me no way it was cold. 70 dollars and I have to nuke my food and clean up wing sauce.

Best potato skins around! Cheese , bacon bits, and sour cream. You get 4 halves smothered with Toppings, baked to perfection. BRUCHETTA was weird. 2 torpedo rolls, split and quartered, toasted with mozzarella and sprinkled with tomato bits. Served hot. Not enough topping on it, not classic salsa at all. GRILLEDCHEESE with ham arrived hot. Unusual taste from the grill on the toast. The ham was very hard and brittle....? .? Age of meat.

I ordered an 8 cut pizza and they are small pizza slices. The pizza is pre-made crap. If you are looking for real pizza this is not it. They use to have better pizza. I will never go there again. I also got teriyaki wings which were ok. But the pizza is horrible, go to Marinos or Homestyle.

Honestly tired of this restaurant. My family has been ordering from here for over a decade and whenever there's an issue with something, they always have the nastiest attitude with the customer and blame them. My mom placed an order, on speaker phone, so I heard the full interaction with her and the cashier. Not only was the cashier extremely confused as to what a VEGGIE sub was, when it showed up, it was a toasted sub. Never when ordering from here has there ever been a heated vegetarian sub. And when she called to let them know, they started accusing her of making a mistake, when in fact it was the restaurant who didn't know what they were doing. She was extremely clear. When I called back to talk to them, a man started yelling at me saying "YOU'RE JUST MAD, YOU'RE JUST MAD." I wasn't until that moment, and I definitely had to jump out of pocket and started calling them names back, not my finest moment, however, I'm fed up with the attitude. I'd heard that the place was sold and was hoping that that would change the attitude, but it's made it worse. The food is hit or miss, but the attitude is going to be their downfall. I'd give them a 0 if I could.

I ordered on July 5th (busy time i know, other places were closed). They told me an hour or so I called another place that was nearby who said they could do it in 30 minutes. We had hungry children in our party so obviously I was going with the shorter timeframe. I called back to cancel as a courtesy and thought that was the end of it. The woman (who was fairly nice and professional) called me back after the fact and said they could do it in 30, i said no thank you as we'd ordered elsewhere. At that point I could here a man in the background yelling "tell her f*** you, f*** you!" Because I'd cancelled. Completely unprofessional on so many levels. I will never order from here again.

I ordered 2 days in advance using the BeyondMenu app (which they link you to that page to order) for my son's and his friends birthday party at a facility with only a 1 hour windows to eat. My credit card was charged one day prior and the order was confirmed online. No pizza, so I called, they didn't do the order since someone had written my phone number down wrong even though it was paid for they didn't make the pizza's. They said 20% discount for their error and never came through on it. Pizza came an hour late only leaving us with 15 min to eat, it was very stressful. The receipt was also more than what I paid for so I had concerns. 32 cut pizza was the size of a 24 cut only cut in smaller pieces. I called the shop the next day, they said owner would call me back, he never did. I contacted Beyondmenu and they got the owner to agree to the promised 20%. Not even 5 min later the owner called literally screaming at me, accusing me of stealing his money, saying it's only $75 not a million dollars and that I better watch my mouth. I advised him he is not permitted to contact me again. I understand mistakes happen, the way he handled it was beyond unprofessional and nothing but a bully. Do not order from there.

The cashier at empire pizza tried to rob me! First she charged me 39.59 for something that is on their menu for 29.95. I placed the order and immediately called back to cancel, she then told me they don't do refunds and I will have to go through my bank. What merchant don't have the capability to refund your money? Well then she hung up on me so I called back and she put me on hold, when she finally came to the phone I asked for the owner, or manager.she told me he wasn't there and that she is not giving me a refund that I need to call my bank and hung up again. I must have sound like I didn't have years of retail experience and can see through her lies. Now at this point we're like she's trying to rob us so I got my 1 year dressed in this 19 degree weather and went down there. Well guess what the owner was there.. and he could refund my money. He doesn't speak much English but when I addressed the price increase he asked me to give him 4000 dollars to change his menu. What world is these people living in? I get everything cost money but not 4000 dollars. You should have your rude/robbing cashier take a sharpie and change each of your menu if money's an issue.

My order for 2 large pizzas was placed at 5:25 pm. I was told that they would be ready at 6:10 pm, reasonable based on a Friday night. Arrived here at 6:10 & I was informed that it would be another 15-20 minutes. Ok, so now it's not as reasonable. Young lady behind the counter just came out to ask me what I'd ordered. I told her that was problem. Her response, "you know we had a couple of orders, that's what happens at restaurants". It's a shame the service and attitude is poor here. The food is normally very good. Won't be coming back.

Ordered broccoli pizza and got pizza with black olives and ricotta cheese. Delivery boy already gone when looked at pizza. Called Empire. Owner would not talk to me or make good on my order. Told clerk to tell me they were too busy. Will never order from them again. Pizza was awful. Threw it out. Surprised because I ordered broccoli pizza several times from them.
