I order spinach dip. It took 30 min to come and the chips tasted nasty so did the dip. We haven’t gotten check on. Customer service is bad. I would understand if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t…. This restaurant location needs better job with hiring workers. I should not be hearing a server having a conversation on speaker phone and sitting down at a table while still on the clock. So sad.

Upon entering I was really going to leave had a party of 9 the first waiter ( looks like a teenager)who was seating us was just dull didn't even said hello he just looked at me grab the menus then I told him 9 and he just turned around and walked away . We sat down and before I knew it he left then along came the nicest waitress I've ever met, patient and she was onto of things food was good not a 5 star meal obviously but I'm rating mainly for the waitress who served us

Great service from our server Bill J. He was extremely attentive and quick. He noticed I walk with the aid of a cane and brought us to a easily accessible booth. I cannot say enough about his service. Food was tasty. Only drawback the sides were $$$.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

I ordered some ribs and fries and my food came back cold and the fries were so soggy. Then my son doesn't eat pork and the food they gave him had pork in it and it was not advertised in the menu, he ended up with an upset stomach all night. For the amount of the charge for the food I was very very disappointed with the quality of the food.

I am writing this review because I pick up orders here often for a delivery service, the directions clearly say to park in the pick up spot and to call and someone will bring out the food. So I did as the instructions said just for this rude man to tell me to come in and get the food. He clearly had an attitude. There food is never ready when I arrive and I don’t mind waiting but I do mind having to go inside and waiting Because a lazy worker doesn’t want to do there job. DONT HAVE A PICK OR CURBSIDE IF YOUR NOT GOING TO BRING IT OUT! this happened at 3:11pm APPLEBEES CORRECT YOUR STAFF !

I do not like to be bothered when l am eating. If I needed the waitress's assistance I would have asked her for that. She had to bother me and my friend when I was eating. That I am NOT HAPPY WITH.

I got my chicken in my noodles, and as soon as they brought them out my entire plate was cold and I had to send it back for a new plate but instead they actually warmed it up in the microwave because my chicken turned into rubber. Our waiter only came to our table one time and they had no spices or anything that we asked for it just wasn't the same the experience was terrible and the food was not good

The female bartender was very unfriendly. She was hardly behind the bar and we were the only people at the bar. The manager was not very professional and we will not to back anytime soon. I still have a credit on my gift card.

Waited over an hour to be served a dirty glass, not be to be honored the free drink after the waitress didn’t tell me about the specials. Said her name was something else then on the receipt says deja? Which I over heard another employee say, regardless I waited an hour was served one appetizer then comes up and says is everything good? I’m fine with waiting, I’ve worked good service for many years. I know customer service, that was terrible customer service. Start telling people your busy at the door instead of making them wait an hour plus to eat
