First off the staff is rude as hell. I should have known then not to eat the food. Secondly the bread is weird it taste like chemicals. The pasta salad was mush I couldn’t even eat it. I had to go get a slice of pizza for my 6 year old who loves subs usually bc he was gagging on the bread. And then the lady tells me one price for the food then charges another $3.00 bc she says she forgot something then I look at my card and it’s more than what she told me. never again. Stay away from this place or you will be sadly disappointed. The people who wrote these good reviews must know the owners.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! Ordered a sub… lettuce and tomato were disgusting and she wouldn’t replace them. So I just got Turkey, ham and ranch dressing and Turkey was HARD! Ham was slimy! Swiss cheese tasted like chemicals! One of the most disgusting sandwiches EVER!!!

My mom and I walked upon this shoppe while at the mall. Their sign was easy to see, clear and had great choices. There was a ton of different sandwiches, paninis, soups, and salad options. I loved the sandwich I bought! I said to my mom that I could taste the love, care and quality in each bite! Each sandwich came with chips and a pickle. It was an amazing experience and I will be going back in the future!

Food is awesome. Owner and workers are great. A little pricey but totally worth it. Cuban sandwich is perfect and the Hot mess is delicious. Great business. ! You won't be disappointed. I go once or twice a week. ??

Or shrimp salad for summer a little expensive considering what you got The menu board was overwhelming wish it was printed Only one person working. She was very good but I felt badly for her. Lots to do I like the idea. Much better than subway but tied with lyles

Just finishing up my very first Brown Bag lunch and I have to say that I'm really impressed. I ordered The Rachel on whole wheat and every bite was amazing. The cheese was gooey, the Russian dressing and cranberry coleslaw were savory and sweet. This could easily be the best sandwich I've had in a long while. My only complaint is the attention to detail because they forgot to include pickles with all of our orders, and everyone got Jalapeno Chips (yuck!). Regardless of customer preferences, why on earth would anyone assume that spicy potato chips is the best default choice? With all that said, I will definitely be ordering The Rachel again in the future, and mentioning my pickle/chip dilemma.

I'm updating my review. I really hate doing this but I feel it is necessary. I discovered the next day that half of my sub had mayonnaise in it even though I requested no dressing at all. The first half didn't have dressing on it. I ate it and wrapped the second half up for lunch the next day. I was looking forward to eating the sub and totally agitated when I un wrapped it and mayo was oozing out of it. How does that even happen??? How does the sub maker put half mayo on a sub that was ordered w no dressing? Did they start putting it on and then say ohhh this one isn't supposed to have it and stop? Then wrap it up. Or do they start doing it correctly then say I think this gets mayo but only on half??? So If I go back to this place I'm going to have to watch and make sure they put everything in the bag AND have to have the unwrap the sub to show me there is actually no dressing on it like I ordered. I may not even go back. I'm so agitated of it. Three mistakes in two visits. Not good. It's a shame cuz the food it good but I just wasted my money cuz I ordered a full sub and only got to eat half of it.
