We had two orders and we had to wait over 25 minutes before we went up and asked them where our order was.They were serving the drive-thru and other Walk ins before us.We were there 35 minutes till we where served!

I just took my girlfriend there for her first Burger King breakfast and she got a croissantwich and I got an iced coffee. And I gotta say the sandwiches were amazing she loved them, my mocha iced coffee was made PERFECT!! The food was done in literally a minute. And the girl at the counter with the red hair n lip piercing was such a sweetheart!! Definitely our new BK for future reference.

I was in this drive thru last Thursday around 11am and waited 22 minutes at the intercom. The employee came back twice to say sorry about the wait. Eventually I said “I have come to regret my decision to come here. I’ve not used up my lunch break and still have no food. Have a nice day. Bye.”From what other reviews have shown, someone needs to change the manager. I won’t be returning to this location again.

I was in the drive thru and placed my order, upon arriving to the window I was greeted by a very kind lady who let me know it would be just a minute for my food. I said ok no problem. From there she came over again a couple minutes later and said I’m sorry food should be up any moment. Then came back another couple minutes later and asked me to pull around and get back in line as my food was not done. I kindly declined and said I would rather wait as I didn’t want to get back in line behind 6 cars that were in the line to wait for my food as I was in a rush to get to my daughters school to pick her up after practice. If they weren’t able to supply my food I’d rather have a refund so I can be on my way. I over heard her let someone know by saying “she said she would rather wait or take a refund if that’s not possible” to which a man came barging over and yelled at me through the drive thru saying I was inconveniencing everyone behind me and to “move the hell up” I said “ this is f-ing ridiculous” as I was incredibly caught off guard by the attitude and manor of this man and he started yelling at me in the window and then slammed the window shut. He then chose to ignore me waving and asking for a refund as I no longer wanted anything to do with this location/food. Through the window I could hear him yelling to everyone that “she can wait all night I could care less what she wants, screw her” finally the young lady came back over and I said to her, I’m very sorry you have to deal with this as you were incredibly kind, however at this point I’d just like a refund so I can be on my way. She told me that man was her MANAGER and he would have to do the refund. She turned to him and told him and he grabbed a bag of food opened the window and threw it onto my window and told me to enjoy my food. I left shaking to say the least by this encounter with a man that is supposed to represent management at one of your locations. I’m appalled that you employ people with such demeanors.
