Ownership is asleep at the wheel. This location is perpetually understaffed and as a result wait times are out of control. Took them 45 minutes to get an order for 2 pizzas out at 4pm on a Thursday. Takes hours if you order on evenings and weekends. Online ordering gets shut down here frequently, presumably because they can't keep up with demand. With this many would-be paying customers, ownership should be able to easily and comfortable afford more staff and at a better wage than whatever they're currently offering so they can actually retain people.

I called the phone line and was informed they were not giving delivery. And when tried to go in to order I saw the store was closed . They were supposed to be open till 1 am and if they are closed they should update their call centre at least. Very poor.

Disgusting! Ordered from here at least 10 times. Always late! Always messed up. Ordered two hours ago and waiting only to find out they canceled our ordered and the refund will take 5-7 days. My diabetic daughter had to have extra meds since she was starving waiting. Will never order from Dominos again ever and will spread the word how terrible they are. So disappointed and after ordering so many times would have thought they would have done better!

The food is good. This review is more for the owner. It is absolutely pathetic that you have 1 person working on a Sunday night who can actually cook the food. There is no reason for dominos to take 2 hours for food when you’re in the store! This is all on the owner who clearly doesn’t care about their staff, who were doing their absolute best trying to keep up with the orders that were flooding in.

This restaurant is clearly a front of some type. The employees are literally uneducated animals. Someone needs to look into this place. You literally cannot order pizza from this place. And if you do it will never get delivered don’t even bother calling. Noting but degenerates

The young man named Jamol needs a raise. Just go ahead and promote him to manager because the few times I came to this establishment he was the one and only person working. Not only that the pizza that he makes is absolutely delicious! Please give Jamol credit for running the whole store by himself. He is the man!

I've ordered from this store every Friday (some isolated Thursdays instead of Friday) for the past 5 years. Thousands of dollars I could have spent elsewhere, but chose to spend there. Within the past couple of years, I stopped requesting delivery because food was very late to arrive or I had to go pick it up after ordering (and paying for) delivery. One time, a delivery man flat out asked me for more tip. I always tip drivers 20%. That was the last straw for me with ordering delivery.On a Friday, there are long wait times. Most recently, I arrived one hour after my food's estimated ready time. There were people in line voicing frustration about having to come to the store to pick up their delivery order. Anyway, my order was nowhere to be found on the shelves where they place orders. There was food (it looked like my usual order looks) sitting out on a table by the front door- for anyone to touch/handle. The receipt was on the counter. When I asked why my food was on the table I was told, "It was about to be thrown out. We only keep food for an hour". THAT is the last straw. No longer will I do business with them. I will find a business that values me as a customer. Bad business is bad business. No longer can I accept it.

Domino's pizza are delicious and full of flavors and tasty and I can't eating there pizza , it's 3am and I'd eat 2 pizza right now!!
At what point is convenience just not worth it? This is the only Dominos that will deliver to my location and my family and I have given up.Normally we’re not going to be fussy over minor mistakes. Sometimes we would laugh because rarely our orders would be correct. I can count on one hand I’ve received what I’ve ordered.Generally it was minor mistakes. Once we got a pizza with no sauce. Another a requested topping would be missing. And other times we’d get the wrong style of pizza.However, the most recent encounter spoiled it for us. After nearly 9 hours coming home and spending all day in airports and planes, my family just wanted a quick meal and to go to bed.Thus I ordered from the Dominos app thinking it would be here in a little over an hour. I paid my money and waited… and waited… and waited some more.After an hour and a half I called, only for the phone to send me to some corporate automated line. But the tracker finally changed at this point so I decided to be patient. It was Saturday night after all.After 2 hours I was ready to gnaw my own foot and my dear friend who was with us decided to go investigate. When he got there they didn’t even start our order. And it was nothing crazy. Just two medium pizzas and a soda.They bum rushed our order and sent my friend away, but at this point it had been 3 hours. 3 hours for two pizzas.I don’t blame the workers, I don’t blame the drivers. But having worked for Dominos it leads me to believe there’s huge issues with management, discipline, and delegation.This last experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I’m unsure I’ll be back.

I ordered online from them today 7 items and only 6 items were delivered. I tried to call the store and they put me on hold for about 30 minutes (just to see how long they put me on hold). It seems like they are thieves who steal people's money and do not provide what they are paying for and when called just choose not to pick up the phone instead.

Pizza was great. Easy weeknight fix. I ordered ahead. Waited in the store for more that an hour for my order. Delivery drivers went out and back and my order was still not ready. Not to mention the employee not even wearing gloves while cutting and boxing the finished pizzas.
