I went to this Dunkin Donuts for a Spark'd Energy drink with no ice. I normally get the drink from other Dunkin's but went Broadway as I headed to work this morning. First, they had it advertised for $3 but told me it was no longer $3. Then when I pulled up to the window Ella, the person working, started to hand me a medium cup with a quarter of the drink missing. Of course, I then proceeded to tell her it was not a full cup of drink. She told me it wouldn't be a full cup because I did not get ice. I then told her I am not paying for ice I'm paying for a medium drink. She told me she couldn't put more in the cup because it prefilled, and I did not get ice and that is how the drink comes. I got my money back. How are they able to penalize you for not getting ice???I haven't had this issue with other DD's and they were rude.

I started coming to this store because my coffee tastes 10000% better than it did at 1200 state street. the coffee at state street was always very watery and made me feel sick after taking 2 sips. but after coming to this store i will never go to a different dunkin! the store is SO clean and all the employees are very nice and respectful. my coffee is always made perfectly when i come here and when i do order food it is hot, fresh, and never too overdone every time i get it.Dietary restrictions: i am lactose intolerant and i ask for oat milk and i actually get oat milk every time i come here!!! i am honestly so amazed at this location because everywhere else i went would mess it up and give me cream and i would be sick for the rest of the dayParking: the parking lot is a good size for the location PLENTY of spots to park

This is honestly then best dunkin in the 518 area. They always get my latte order correct and it tastes better each time I get it. Their bagels are my favorite thing to get I do recommend getting the cinnamon raisin bagel with extra strawberry cream cheese it’s amazing. The lobby is always clean when I go in and I get fast service from the most lovely girls who work here.

i just recently started coming to this dunkin as state st dunkin has been letting me down a lot lately. and honestly 1420 broadway in schenectady is the best dunkin in the area. my food is always correct and HOT! my drinks are always made correctly. the service there is amazing. all the workers are amazing and incredibly nice. i have been talking to the manager and the staff lately and all of them are truly amazing people. smiles whenever i walk through the door and i am always greeted almost immediately. the donuts are always looking nice and fresh! when i would go to other dunkin’s the donuts look old and hard, but never here!

I’ve lived in schenectady for 20+ years. I live down the block from this store and I spend upwards of 200$ a week here for my family and my employees. I’ve watched this store progressively get worse and worse. Especially the last year (2023/2024) the manager of this establishment is seriously bringing down the store and staff. She does not care to be at her very best and seems to not be able to keep up with the stores demand. It’s been multiple times that I’ve had over 20-30 orders in a period of 2 months that things were missing, made wrong, or gotten someone else’s order. I always do mobile ordering so I don’t have to wait, pay or have to actually order through the drive through. So there’s always enough time to get the order right. But guess what? They can’t. I’m severely disappointed in the operations of this establishment. My family and employees are extremely disappointed because they expect me to bring them tire right orders and rely on me to be on time to assist them with their jobs, not having to leave to go back to the store to fix an order.I order the same items every single time at different stores and I never have any problems.I’m officially not ordering from this Dunkin establishment after multiple complains on this location. I’m a reputable business owner and love to support local businesses that from the area that I grew up in but at this point this establishment with this manager is not it. The lack of training and customer service is a tragedy here. Makes me want to go spend my money at Starbucks where they give you the right items if they’re wrong instead of arguing with the customer.
