This establishment is one of the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever visited around the Schenectady area! I’ve never seen such hardworking, driven employees who never fail to put a smile on my face the minute I walk in. The woman with the red hair, whom I haven’t caught the name of, helps me kindly anytime I have trouble within their confines. Food is ok. Could have been better. The service sucked. I only stood there for 5 minutes with no one in line before someone came to help me with my order. The store was cleanParking: Parking was free. There is wheelchair parking. The lot was kind of clean. Couple coffee cups on the ground.
