This was my first time trying this place I've heard so many good things about it and they did not disappoint I ordered food for a couple people and literally everything was fresh especially the salad the vegetables were so crisp and the garlic bread is officially my weakness ? delivery was a little bit behind due to the holiday but the lady who picked up the phone was so sweet and kind if your ever need a new spot to come to that gives great service and amazing food this place is really 10/10 in my opinion

Food was decent, a little sloppy, but taste good. My issues were the pricing. I ordered here because I got a menu in the mail, so I decided to give the place a try. I ordered a 16" Pizza half special half pepperoni. Based on the pricing from their own menu, which is less than a month old, the pizza should have cost $17.35, including the toppings. If they charged full price for both half toppings, which isn't right anyway, it would have cost $20.25. The actual price was $21.75. When I asked why the price was so high, I was given a very unenthusiastic "well you got some toppings and stuff". The receipt I asked for wasn't itemized, as I am used to from working at a different pizza place, it just showed the pizza and all toppings costing $21.75 + Tax. I still have no explanation why it cost that much extra, so I can only assume it was up-charging without notice.

I shared my review 8 months ago. But I needed to update. Here we are 8 months from my original review and I’m a regular Thursday night order for Empire. The guy who answers is always so polite and patient. And the food is always good and most importantly consistent. I will continue to be a customer and I hope they never change! The prices are reasonable for the portions you get as well. I always have lunch for the next day!

This place is super low key. Crazy good pizza if you're okay with some flop and gooey cheese. Great prices and always quick service. Dave portonoy would hate their pizza but I think it's the best floppy cheesy pizza in the Albany area.
The food is so good the empire salad Is my favorite but I might have to just have it delivered from now on that young man behind the counter is so rude and literally has no concern to a person's order it's absolutely disturbing to see his work ethic I'd give a zero star if I could but the salad and other entrees are delicious he is just rude

wasn’t at the place but a young man answered my delivery call with the biggest sassiest little female attitude all because i asked for 12 wings and they didn’t have 12 they had 10. i had to step outta line with the young man because i wasn’t expecting to get disrespected while i was simply trying get food for my family. he should be fired
