They never have anything ordered online ready on time, but today was crazy. I ordered bagels for pickup online at 10:45 with an eta of 11:15 being ready. It is not 11:47 and I’ve been sitting in the store waiting for my bagels for 37 minutes at this point. Since when does it take an hour to get two breakfast sandwiches.

Food is ok, don’t think you’re going to get a toasted bagel. Toasted means breathed on for them. If you call in an order you still have to wait in line to pay… online system has never worked for me after 5 attempts I’m done. Good luck Manhattan.

I had the omelette wrap with bacon and a cup of soup. They were delicious! The soup was broccoli with Monterey Jack. It was so good. ? I would've taken a picture but I was distracted, hungry, and ate 80% before I even Thought of taking a picture. The food was also presented well. Great job!
Was pretty busy so there was a wait to order and then another wait for the order. Ordered a Philly steak and eggs on an everything bagel to go and eclair. The workers were friendly and helpful as this was pur first visit. The food was great! They had menus to go. We grabbed a menu and we plan on going again! I would definitely suggest this place to a friend (order ahead for those with social anxiety so you can just pick it up when you arrive).

Cozy little bagel shop, my family of four loves to come here for the iconic breakfast sandwiches on the most delicious variety of bagels. A side of the macaroni salad is a must! Their pastries are also a huge hit. Quick service, 10 tables that seat 4, decent restrooms and a great make it your self coffee station!

Best breakfast bagel sandwiches! Also an amazing selection of
Bagels are small and selection of flavors limited. Basically they have warmed up Lender's frozen bagels. Being from Brooklyn, they can't hold a candle to actual bagels from Manhattan and should change the name to match the quality.

No attention paid to the fact I ordered a blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese, and they got garlic pieces in there. When you go to the deli, they don't slice cheese on a meat slicer. $4.00 for a bagel plus tip, and this is the care taken?? No tip next time if this is what is gonna happen. Would they want garlic with blueberry?

We used to love this place but they seem to not care very much about how they make or present food anymore. My pastrami sandwich was burnt and had hardly any meat on it. It was so small! For the price we paid, I'd have expected a bit more- especially since the meat was so good and tender. So disappointing.
