Ordered breakfast on the app 10am got there at 20 after 10 food was not made and that's OK but it took 15 min for 3 sandwiches and hash browns and the mcgriddle was hard and crusty on half of it very disappointed.
This location is only getting five stars because of the manager Brianna. I was very upset with how my food turned out, and she refunded me for the one sandwich that was for my boyfriend that he could not eat because he went to work and remade the other sandwich for me.

This Mcdonalds on 5 corners is a discrace! Being rushed to place my order and then waiting in a curbside parking spot for 15 minutes wasnt even the tip of the iceberg. Aside from cold fries and missing items, we did not receive sauces, napkins or straws. The poor person running the food didnt know what to do, but did their best to keep everyone calm. I will travel to Altamont Ave from now on...They really need to retrain the leadership here.*UPDATE ON 3/14/24 STILL HORRIBLE SERVICE AND LEADERSHIP!

What is wrong with this McDonald's? Obviously owner and management does not care about their customers. You sit in line for extremely long periods of time. Or no one addresses you at the speaker and drive to the windows and staff are huddled and never acknowledge you! Very terrible.

I’ve come several times and ended up waiting over 10 minutes at the drive through, not in a line at the drive through, but at the actual window. The service is consistently bad and the food sub-par. The wait isn’t from fires waiting in cooking, but simple bad customer service.
I didn't get the latte I ordered, instead it was just a bad cup of coffee. But I was already halfway home before I tried it.
