Super rude lady. I asked for extra meat. She wouldn’t even sell it as an extra item. Refused to customize the bowl. She said she can only serve it as it comes. She said she was waiting for a promotion to a higher position so she was doing everything by the book. Damn

I'll start by saying the staff were friendly and the food was okay. Everything else was not good. There was no ice in the soda machine, and tables and chairs were all crooked, giving the dining area a disorganized and unkepted look. The tables were not wiped down as well, and the floor was sticky.

I don’t know where to start. They have a big bowl but the quantity is so less. Not adding more stuff. The small lady feels like she wanted to go home and because we came she couldn’t go home. They gave chips at no cost but like 2-4 chips in bag. Very rough service. Quantity is so less. Spend like $35 but get food so lesss…..

Tonight around 6ish pm place was clean staff professional i enjoyed the new garlic green sauceAs I walked out lady in line ready to order gave me a cute smile I noticed as I walked out!

place was horrible! snobby staff and 3$ for a pinch of bacon! poor service and slow just making a mess of everyone's food. Moes used to be so good and affordable now its just a glorified Taco bell.

I've been here a few times in the last couple months and I can only say they're okay. We usually wait about 10 minutes before they're ready to take our orders. They seem to focus more on online orders then the walk in customers. Food is good, but the service is poor.
Really just a meh experience. Food did not come out piping hot like I expected. Why am I biting into a quesadilla that’s luke warm when it was just on the grill? Probably rushing and not cooking long enough. Idk I feel like moes use to be at chipotle level but now it seems not far above Taco Bell. I would be surprised if this location survives another year. Management needs to step in and make sure company standards are being followed. Also really expensive…I know everything is now a days but $30+ for 2 quesadillas? I should’ve just made them at home.

The food is okay, nothing spectacular, but the value is way down. Their quesadilla is actually half a quesadilla. And $2.49 for a tablespoon of queso seems excessive. I think I'll stick withChipotle from now on.

Walking into the Moe's on 1400 Altamont Ave there is a very strong sewer smell .No smell inside. Food- They have removed pork , mushrooms, cooked green peppers, the quality has spiraled downwards. Sad now it's not much better then a Taco bell ?.We won't be going back . Lunch time and there were 25 empty tables . Management should open there eyes up and make improvements ASAP. Good bye Moe's.

This Moe's has the standard options for food and nice staff. However, we ordered 2 quesadillas and they were on the grill a LONG time... We had to ask for them so they wouldn't burn! Maybe it was just a moment in time, a shift change, or general confusion. Overall, good experience.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie choices and tofu!Kid-friendliness: Good kid-friendly food options with the option to customize for picky eaters.
