Exceptional customer service when ordering custom cakes. I called after hours and was delighted that not only was the phone answered, I was able to get my order placed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Parking: If you are unfamiliar with the area, just know that there is a non-traditional intersection with unique angles on the side of the street where the bakery is.
We had to order a cake last minute because of a different organization not making the cake we requested and the timeliness was extremely short notice but Sandyes Cafe went above and beyond to provide my son with an amazing cake and exactly what he was wishing for!

Just stopped in, I've lived within walking distance for years but found a time that worked today and decided to give it a shot. I got the Southwestern Chicken Wrap and some cupcakes.That wrap was enough for by itself for a meal and I eat a lot.Customer service was great and definitely will be back.One piece of advice for the owners is make your hours a little more manageable if you'd like it to be a dining spot as well as a cake place. I found the hours different on the menu compared to the door and have a hard time knowing your general hours of operation within time to eat.Frankly you have great pricing for a lunch/light dinner spot in an area that doesn't have as many options!Loved it!

I ordered food over the phone and gave my name. When I went to pick it up, I had to stand and wait 20 minutes only to find that my order was sitting there ready to go, they just wrote my name down wrong. The cranberry chicken salad sandwiches were good. The chicken tenders, however, were a huge disappointment. While they tasted good, only THREE small tenders were in the container. That's right, folks, $8 for three tenders. Overall it wasn't worth the time or money.

I have never done business with a more wonderful, compassionate (for reasons not necessary to share here) and delicious bakery. Sandye and her team are amazing. Her cakes are so creative, and there doesn't seem to be a theme that she can't accommodate - with her special flourish! I have ordered from Sandye's many times and they will continue to be my "go-to" bakery in the future. DO NOT hesitate to trust them for all of your bakery needs. HIGHEST PRAISE and GRATITUDE !!

17 days ago, I left a 2-star rating for this business based on my experience with employer-sponsored lunch. Over the following two weeks, on two separate occasions, this business left two lots of unsolicited food, unannounced, at my place of employment. Still, two days ago, recognising the effort of the business owner and out of my natural desire to support a local business, I upgraded my previously 2-star rating to a 4-star rating. Today, I learned that this business contacted a staff member at my workplace directly two days ago upon seeing my upgraded food review, and communicated their refusal to serve me. While they have a right to refuse service to me, I wish they had reached out to me via the Yelp platform instead of getting my workplace involved. A business cannot please every customer. Many unhappy customers simply do not provide feedback and never return. But some customers take the time and effort to provide feedback. When they do, the business has a choice as to how to handle that feedback. It is my hope always that businesses accept feedback as an opportunity to hear from their customers, learn from it, and improve. This business decided to handle my feedback in a different way, and it has left me feeling very uncomfortable.

Sandye's catered my large party, a huge order with 2 trays each of Chicken Marsala, Ziti Marinara, roasted potatoes, sausage and peppers, and Mac n cheese, plus a sandwich platter, balsamic spring salad, 2 gigantic veggie platters and 2 gigantic fruit platters. Everything was ready on time, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. This was my first experience with Sandye's and I was impressed with the service and food, and would definitely recommend and will use again. Thank you to the crew at Sandye's for starting to work at 5:30 am to fulfill this order. You did a great job! I wish I took more pictures of the food before it was eaten but everyone was too hungry!Vegetarian options: Sandye's made some vegetarian and vegan-friendly choices including a balsamic spring salad without feta,and spicy southwestern black bean wraps.
