The two guys who worked on the night of March 25, 2024 should be fired . I placed an order at 7:30pm , got to the store at 8:10pm . My order was not finished , so my husband told the two guys that we will be back . Upon arriving back at the store about 8:20pm , the young man (with attitude) asked what my husband was there for again .When we get home , this is what our food looks like . With ALL of the sauce on the outside of the sandwich . I’ve never had this problem at this store before . If those two young men are racist , or whatever the case may be then they should not be working there .

They prioritize online orders. Walk-in customers have to wait until online orders I waited 15 minutes before I can even place my order come in and get processed before they took my order.

Extremely poor customer service. Manager is rude and nasty to customers when they ask for help. Then asked to speak with a manager and they said “I AM THE MANAGER” like out of a Dave chappelle pop copy skit. Will never go back to this trashy place. All I wanted was a sub that I paid for on the app. App doesn’t work. Managers are ignorant and uneducated never going back

One of the best Subway locations. The staff is always smiling and they make your sandwich peacefully and with care. You get a quick service and the place is clean.
I live near this subway and noticed they had a low rating. That being said I've gone here on and off for years, and while subway will never be super duper exciting, they've never gotten our order wrong. Could definitely see any place that hires whoever and pays them as close to minimum wage as possible could have some ups and downs, but I've never seen them have a bad day with a B crew

I ordered a Buffalo chicken footlong through Doordash from this location.I've been getting this sub for years at Subway all over the place. Whoever is working that location at the time of this review made the best sub I've had to date. It really reminded me of Subway 20 years ago. Prices have gone up for everything, but that sub was worth every cent. ($20 after doordash tip).I will be checking out this location much more often now.
