Horrible customer service. Showed up on time to pick up my order and they collected my payment before giving me the food. My phone started to ring and it was Union pizza. They made a mistake and gave the wrong customer my order. They offered me a smaller size pizza that was the other persons order and a free two liter. The counter person then attempted to call the customer to see if they would bring back the pizza to give to me. I immediately requested a new pizza to be made because that’s disgusting to give someone food that has already LEFT the store and been touched by another stranger. Just because of that I will never order food from here again. It makes me wonder if they dropped food on the floor would they box it.. probably. Definitely not the Union pizza it use to be ! Also requested Melba sauce and they put a seeded jelly …

The guy that was working there today at 7:15 pm was extremely rude and mean!!!! I don’t know if he’s a new owner or person but he was not nice and had awful customer service. I just finished my shift at the hospital right next to Union Pizza, and my spouse went in to get a few slices of pizza. My spouse got two slices of cheese pizza for me and two pepperoni slices for him and he requested to get to separate boxes or atleast a paper bag to separate the both of them because I am a vegetarian. The girl that was working there was very nice and pleasant and offered him the two boxes. The man working there interjects and says rudely “what is this box for?” And the girl nicely replied back to him that “the customer requested two boxes”, and the guy rudely again said “no no it all goes into one box!” And then he picked up the two slices of pepperoni pizza and dumped it ontop of my two slices of cheese pizza. Such a horrible experience! And to think the nurses at the hospital a block away from here always orders dozens of pizza from them and give them such good service. After today I will never go back again! Plus my spouse saw the help wanted sign and wanted to ask for more information but didn’t because of the guy’s rudeness. He should’ve been really more considerate towards other people, let alone being a vegetarian, what if someone was allergic and he dumped it all together?! Awful!

I went to Union Pizza and asked for a large turkey and ham sub, there was no ham on it I asked for Italian dressing and there was no dressing on it and hardly any lettuce and tomato, it was terrible I was very disappointed. The pizza is very thin and too crispy and the sauce is bland and very tasteless. The staff is not friendly at all, that is not the way to run a business. I will not be returning there.

I still remember the first time trying a pizza from this place called Union Pizza. It was spectecular and nothing has changed everafter. Since the owner changed the food, employee and the service overall is excellent!! Last night i ordered a pizza and the wings deal and the price got me shocked cause it was really budget friendly and i can easily say it was the best pizza i ever had around here. I definetly recommend those who don't know this place yet and willing to order for more!!
That could possibly be the worst tuna sub I’ve ever had. Big fat heavy roll, a thin spread of tuna, a mere swipe of mayo, paper thin provolone. So dry I had to take it home to add mayo and toss out the top half of the roll.Subs are obviously not a specialty here.

Always liked Union Pizza, under new management or sold it. Either way its well worth stopping in for a slice or more.Parking: About 8 parking spots on the side of the building. I have never had any problems and if you did there's side streets. No parking meters.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, its next to a middle school.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and the gentleman I spoke to over the phone was very pleasant. They made sure to make my salad fresh and ready when I got there. They put plenty of grilled chicken in the salad which I haven’t found at any other place around the area. Definitely my new go to before work! Excellent job, guys!
