I’m not sure if you need extra help there or what so I’m going to say this as nicely as possible and the time is 8:06on the dot so ten mins ago got my families food it’s old it’s cold the bread is literally breaking as I bite in to my burger fries seem to be at least an hour old I’m a cook myself so I would know none of the Food is Freshly Prepared the Nuggets taste as if they been re dipped into the oil and I really Don’t feel that is right to spend my hard earned money on the worst meal I’ve ever had I me and family most Definitely will not be going back again thanks for listening I guess wow

Food was okay, but what put me off was the fact they weren’t wearing gloves AT ALL. Definitely goes against health codes im sure. Please tell your night shift workers to wear some damn gloves.

I come here for lunch on some weekdays. The woman at the front is always so friendly, kind, and polite. The prices are much better than other fast food chains, especially for the biggie deals, and the quality of ingredients is good.

Did a mobile order for a chocolate frosty and fry. They have a consistency of giving me peppermint frostys instead so when they handed me a peppermint frosty (once again) I asked if they could give me a sandwich instead. They told me they could only do a drink and when I asked for a fry instead, they asked the wide-back african-american female manager if they could do so. She rolled her eyes and said "whatever" as if the inconvenience was on her end... As they proceeded to make the fry, the cashier said "next time you should put on the app that you'd like a sandwich instead" and rolled her eyes directly at me, to which I responded "if the app allowed me to do so, I would." They handed me my bag all discombobulated and I thought "whatever" and left. This Wendy's is the most unprofessional food service provider in the area. The manager with his 2005 Escalade and LEDs should respectfully take the L on this one. Praying for ya'll.Kid-friendliness: The employees here are dreadful.
