Went through drivethru.. ordered plain spicy sandwich said plain 3 times receipt read plain.. Pulled back around asked employee for refund I paid 20$ cash he said he wanted the fries and the lemonade back so he could reserve it.. I told him that was illegal and due to my order being wrong id like a refund. He threw 20$ at me said keep the change and enjoy your free food... Not only that, he tried giving me the wrong amount of money back and locked the drivethru window... sketch balls, this is what happens at corporations because employees can get away with foolish behavior

This is quite possible the worst Wendy’s in the country. It never fails at around 9pm everyday when you pull up you will wait 5-10 minutes for somone to even speak with you on the drive thru. They will then tell you that the whole system is down and they can’t take orders for 20 minutes. This happened 9 times in February. If there is an off chance they will take your order the rudest man is always on the drive thru at night. He always gives attitude and never inputs the order correctly. The frosty machine has been broken for almost 2 months. Avoid at all costs and I hope for 15 for a fast food meal somone fixes this abomination of a franchisee.

They need to burn this wendys down too and start over.Worst wendys around. They never know how to use coupons. Always they act like its not their fault and if you dont like it drive away and i have to get a manager to fix it because they cannot input a coupon. And they can mess it up 20 times… I dont care but they never apologize! four letter word drive thru cashier was mad that i was right and she was wrong so she violently gave me my change and food instead of simply apologizing. a little customer service goes a long way. This place does not have it at all.

Went here some time ago with my son. We approached the bathroom to wash our hands and couldn’t breath because of the stench that emanated from the stalls. The floor and booths could have been cleaner also.
I would NOT recommend anyone to eat from this store! A white tall man (the manager) with cricket teeth has such a bad nasty attitude that surprised me of how is he even STILL a manager? I ordered a meal & found a bug on my burger & I was beyond angry. I told him about it & he was very nonchalant & told me his name is David crane, & he brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. I was refunded and I looked at this store in details…He has a very nasty bad attitude & this store will never be great without action being taken! The BBB will have a field day when they find out about this filthy restaurant especially the bathroom smelling like sewer water & the restaurant smelling like marijuana. David does not wear gloves or wash his hands, employees touching their phone with gloves on & not washing their hands. This place is disgusting ? It all starts with management is why the employees are the way they are.. David crane is NOT a leader or professional he walks around careless and arrogant. I’ve seen this with my own eyes, he is disrespectful & talks to the employees any type of way. I see that he is creating a hostile environment is why the atmosphere is NOT professional & “ghetto”. David gives trouble.

Paid 7.00 for a biggie bag double stack with bacon......The sandwich was trash....It was so small for the price.....Do not recommend adding bacon for 2.00 more. McDonald's cheeseburger is bigger and more flavorful at only 2.49 with bacon..
Stopped here around 3 PM to grab a late lunch after work. One other person in the drive through besides me. Nobody inside.All I ordered was 3 biggie bags and the same drink and sauce for all 3. Sauces were wrong but we had x8 of them? They gave our drinks to the people in front of us so we had to request replacements. Food was slow, cold and fry cups were poorly filled as well.Employee was polite but seemed very under experienced or overwhelmed. I'll unfortunately be taking my business to a different wendys location for a while.

Expensive. There was problems with our card payment and the clerk didn't know how to handle it. He had to call the manager to help. This took some time and the manager seemed to have an attitude. I don't eat fast food, and this experience reminded me of one of the reasons why.

So one of the employees (spanish one) should be ashamed of his negative attitude.he has no idea on how to be polite what so ever.not only does he treat the employees around him negatively but when a customer asks him something he is very short patient.At a wendys how do you not have lettuce and tomatoes? Even if you ran out at least put a sign up stating that you are out of that instead of getting a quick buck off of someone just be honest at first.This location has no class.Mediocre cold food as well.Will not be returning to this location.

Watch out at this trashy Wendy's location!!!They "accidentally" just didn't give my wife's card back in the drive-thru, and were expecting me to drive away.They weren't busy either.Very sketchy.Plus, they forgot part of our order.The missing fries I expect, the theft was an unwelcome surprise.We're never going to this shady location again.
