My experience is fairly straightforward, I get my burger, fries and coke in 5 to 10 minutes from ordering depending if I'm in a line maybe 15 if it's really busy not any worse wait time than the McDs down by Aldi.This location has been here for the 5 years since the whole gas station was built, to those claiming this place is "brand new" the experience with service back then was super friendly in that fake kind of way at times but also genuine and modern day it's relatively nonchalant but I've never had an issue with this place personally.

Burger King is just down the road. Burger was right out of the fridge, fries were OK. Tried to charge me for a more expensive meal, then promptly corrected it when it was brought to their attention.

If you want sloppy put together cold food this is your place to eat. Rude lazy employees. Understaffed. We sat in the parking lot trying to eat our cold thrown together chicken wraps. As we ate (parked in front of the window) we watched the employee make multiple food orders, touching counters and the kiosk machine with the same gloves on! Never changed them. We couldn’t finish eating it was so disgusting. 100% do not recommend this Wendy’s. This place needs new management!!!!!

Slow, slow, slow. Did I say slow? They lock the doors early and obviously are not scored on drive through efficiency. Very rarely a lot of people waiting - they’d probably do a way better business based on the location if they had anything resembling customer service. This one will be closed soon enough.

I understand that what you get is what you get when you go to a fast food place and I try really hard to have patience and give a fast food joint a second chance because maybe the first time I went, they were short staffed or something else happened. This particular Wendy's in Rotterdam by Pilot is the worst fast food place I have gone to yet! To start, whether you go through the drive thru or walk in to order, it takes the place 30+ minutes to complete your order. AND THEY DO NOT GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!! This store needs new management or new employees who can be trained properly to make sure the business runs efficiently and can provide better customer service. Again, I understand that there are days where customer service just isn't going to be top-of-the-line, BUT COME ON!!!! Every single visit and it's the same service; AWFUL!!!!!!! Management really needs to reassess this particular location because within the last year, it has gone down hill and has not been a pleasant experience. Good luck. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You are better off going across the street to Subway or the Pizza Place! You'll get much better service at those places! I feel sorry for all the truck drivers who want to get a burger and have to wait 30 minutes for one.

Rude customer service manager served me some old nuggets for what reason I don’t know. I would expect the manager to be more professional then this she’s a Spanish lady that wears black uniforms. I get my food with 3 sandwiches and a order of 6 nuggets. When she gave me my food my nuggets was under the sandwiches like she was trying to hide them. I give you my money put some respect on my nuggets. All 6 nuggets was cold and hard. I gave you no attitude and I seen you pick up fresh nuggets out the grease and give it to a white customer. I’m black I guess that the issues. This store needs better Management.

If it takes 30 minutes to get someone a fast food order, just close the place down. Taking people's money then making them wait in the parking lot for 30+ minutes has me on the edge of creating a scene out of a world star video.

This has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. This place has awful service, mediocre food, and inflated pricing. Just an all around bad time.

For a (mostly) new Wendy's - all the employees should be kissing butt to grow their customer base. From my review (see below), and others I have read, this Wendy's is either not going to be around much longer, or hopefully corporate will step in and fire the manager(s) and all the crew and start fresh and properly.My Review: At the drive thru speaker, among other items, I asked for a Peach Mello Yello (as I know they have the multi-functional soda machine from Coke). The guy on the speaker started to spout off which lemonade I wanted and then proceeded to name them all. I stopped him and said again - Peach Mello Yello. He said "Mello Yello, ok" and I pulled around. After paying, he hands me a regular Mello Yello, and I (again) said "No, PEACH Mello Yello", to where he gave me a very dirty look and then gave me a peach one. He handed my bag of food, said nothing and closed the window. I looked in my bag - no sauce for the nuggets. He finally came back to the window and said "What?!". I said that he forgot my sauce, he got me one and abruptly closed the window again. I leftThe fries were nice and hot. The nuggets were ice cold. The burger was luke warm at best, and the Peach Mello Yello tasted like there was no sugar/syrup in the drink. They need to either calibrate their soda machine or change the flavor tanks. Believe you me, I will NOT be going back to that Wendy's!

Waited at drive thro ten minutes was told to please wait they will be right there two times . The third attempt half way thro the order she says I am sorry please wait and left before we finished the order . What morons !!!

One of the rudest, pent up order takers I've ever had. The food was old and dry, and the nuggets we got were cement bricks. Fries cold and brittle. If you are going to run an establishment like this, consider hiring people that actually care about thier job, and treat people right.

I was shocked when we walked up to the counter and the employee behind the register just stared at us blankly without saying a word. Also I had a valid coupon that they were "unable" to scan even after asking a Manager. The soda machine was broken. It's unfortunate because the food was still good and the location is brand new.

Never again. Sandwich was wrong and wasn't even wrapped properly. Kid taking the order didn't even know what sandwich a number 9 was. 20 minutes for a sandwich and chili.

Store was clean. My order was correct. This Wendy’s is in a great location just of 88. There is a Mobile gas station and Discount Liquor at this stop.
