Solid service and excellent food. Old school restaurant that has found their groove and delivers really good meals consistently. They have the best blue cheese dressing! Don't miss the she crab soup or key lime pie!
This is a restaurant that is able to be both fancy and casual. My wife and I have loved dining here for special occasions and to take our grandma out to dinner. We even recently had our baby shower here which was wonderful. Our favorite item to get is their hummingbird cake and for salads, my wife absolutely loves their cheddar cheese dressing!Vegetarian options: There are always at least a couple of vegetarian options. Our choice for Schenectady Restaurant Week was Turf Tavern in Scotia, we have never been....it was delicious! I ordered off the restaurant week menu, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Prime Rib, Creme Brulee (this also came with a salad). Hubby had a Wedge Salad and the Sweet Cherry Pepper Pulled Pork. Everything was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor, although I did need a little salt...Service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
