Store was redesigned and is now a pleasure to be in. Staff is wonderful; they regularly supply my grandson with free munchkins. Place is super clean, doughnuts super fresh. My favorite Dunkin.
This is the greatest Dunkin' ever. I'm from Queens, where the bar is, admittedly, pretty low. But the quality of service and freshness of their products is enough to make this particular store my fave! Someone's review said they make you wear a mask- not true. I've gone at all hours of the day and no one has ever said boo to me about wearing a mask. so granted it's Thanksgiving and yes you had to work at dunkin this morning. went in after I placed a mobile order for me and the wife. being I felt bad, I had a $50 in my hand and was gonna tip the first person that said good morning or have a happy Thanksgiving. even hung out by the pick up counter for 2 mins. lol, yep u guessed it. I still have it. a good morning would have made anyone of them $50 richer, but customer svc just isn't there anymore. ?
