I am hooked on their ice cream. It's delicious!! It's take out only. Its a little expensive but worth it you get a big portion. I personally love their flavor "I love the dough."

After seeing Spoons on instagram, my girlfriend and I decided to drive from suffolk county to check out the hype. No better way to explain this place then it was horrible. Definitely nothing to brag about. So bad we couldn’t even finish it. All the toppings were stale. The way they make it look is way better then the way it actually tastes. Very disappointed. Do Not Recommend

Had a really bad experience here. Went for the first time. Saw on google search and Facebook how good the ice cream looked. Waited forever to be helped. The employees seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. I definitely won’t be going back after this sadly.

The most unprofessional and unsatisfying ice cream place you can attend. The service left me appalled as the workers were downright rude to each customer. When the manager told them to stop fooling around, the employee replied “I don’t care if the customers don’t like it they can go home.” Besides the rude Saturday night staff, the over priced milk shake someone in my party ordered was left with a piece of plastic in it. Not only did the milkshake come practically melted, but a piece of plastic was in it. Yum. Absolutely unprofessional and should not be tolerated. Thank you for this overpriced and unprofessional service.

After coming here for the past few years I have to say tonight was the first time I was truly disappointed. The employees have horrible energy and are very rude to the customers. I waited online with my friends for over 20 mins after an hour drive. I felt embarrassed for bringing my friends here, and it is definitely my last. When one of the girls who appeared to be of a supervisor status told the employees they were being obnoxious and to stop because customers were complaining, the girl said I don’t care they can go home. After ordering and waiting another 10 minutes the girl forgot my order, and my cousins milkshake was as thin as water. Not to mention the cups are filthy and my boyfriends shake had plastic in it. I am very disappointed and will not be going back. Something needs to be done about this horrendous service.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I have been to spoons a handful of times and never had an issue until tonight. I'm appalled by the service. The staff was rude behind the counter, were joking around and taking phone breaks, AND messing up orders. As a fellow food service worker I understand things can be hectic. My boyfriends $8 milkshake was practically milk the second they handed it to us and the staff refused to make a new one. What I do not understand is how a piece of plastic was found in my boyfriends milk shake. There is no excuse for a piece of plastic in an overpriced milkshake. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. Do not go here. The place clearly does not know how to handle a busy summer crowd.

So normal but overpriced. Had a kid size and a regular size and the cereal just gave it the taste really
They don't clean after making the orders and we know this due to an allergic reaction from cross contamination from nuts. Will not be coming back if i have to look for a place to buy benadryl after every visit.

I don't typically like ice cream. I know that's weird but I'm seriously always cold. I get chills on the beach. I should probably get this checked out, but who has the time?Anyway. My family was in town and the kids love ice cream so we gave Spoons a go. My husband wanted a strawberry milkshake but they only have vanilla and chocolate shakes. The sweetheart at the counter made my husband a raspberry swirl milkshake. I'm not sure if you guys have ever tasted heaven but this is it. "Can I just have a little taste?" turned into me drinking the entire thing.Spoons is worth the wait and every penny. I can't wait to go back!

While visiting from Florida we decided to find a late night treat. Very glad we found this place. The line was long but the employees were rocking it!We ordered a Reeses Repeat and two custom orders. Delicious!

The ice cream is superb! I got the cinnamon churro ice cream off the menu. Perfect amount of toppings, drizzle and ice cream. The service was good only downfall is that it take a while for them to prepare each specialty Ice cream which resulted us in waiting outside for a bit. That's why my rating. I think during the warmer weather they have tables and chairs outside to eat- since it's still very early into spring, I was standing eating my ice cream. I would definitely go back for this treat!!!
