My son booked the room for me on 1/20/24.(Room 305) These are some of the issues: 1.) The elevator is extremely slow, has graffiti on the door and could be cleaner. 2.) The heater in my room was set at 55 degrees and on A/C. I took over an hour to heat the small room up to 72 degrees.I did not fall asleep until 1:30 am. 3.) After helping move my son, I looked forward to a hot shower to warm up. However, the water would not get very hot even with the handle all the way over too hot. 4.) The toilet was very loose! I thought I was going to fall over. 5.) The grout could have been cleaner 6.) The chandelier was in poor condition and parts were bent. 7.) The walls had lots of scuff marks and one in particular looked very dirty. 8.) The continental breakfast was just ok. nothing fantastic. Very basic. The bagel was hard and apparently was not fresh. I left a message on the hotel manager's answering machine but no response. The price point is way too high for the quality I received.
