This is not the first time I have stopped for ice cream at this Carvel. I tried a strawberry thick shake and it was very good. I think the next time I'll have them add some strawberries to the shake. The person behind the counter was very nice. I'll be back for more.

Cannot get this incredible ice cream where we live. Grew up with it, crave it can't get enough of it when visiting Long Island. Consistently exceptional. Blows Any other soft serve out ofvthe water and open till 11, means you can stop after dinner or for a late night treat.

Purchased our annual Whale of a Dad cake this morning. We just moved to the area and I was so pleased to find a well stocked and clean store nearby. The young man that waited on me was very pleasant, engaging and decorated the cake in perfect lettering. I will be back soon.
Unfortunately we were unhappy with tonight’s visit. I bought five items totaling $38. 2 small cones w/ sprinkles, small hard ice cream strawberry, large van shake & a Sunday. The ice cream was super soft it couldn’t hold it’s shape on the cone it was melting as soon as it was handed to me. I told the employee the ice cream was to soft there was no response. A small cone was very, very small like a Jrs. & had hardly no sprinkles covered the ice cream. The shake was like milk very liquidity & the sundays cover wasn’t on correctly & what a mess in the bag. The hard ice cream cup was good. I was going to email the owner but there is only a phone number. Calling would have just gave me the kids working in the store. I feel the employee I had wasn’t trained correctly. He was a nice kid though. Sorry this time only one star. ⭐️

How does this location NOT accept Carvel gift cards purchased on the carvel website?! How?! It's 2022!! Wish there was another ice cream place close by that had soft serve I would never go there again!
