Very busy but staff and the way the egg sandwiches were made was terrible. I think it's new owners and very young staff busy taking to each other, will not go there again.

First time coming to freshy fresh. Absolutely worst bagels I’ve had on Long Island. The bagels are small and taste hard and stale… it was also overpriced. I usually go to the bagel cafe in kohls shopping center. What a big difference in bagels id go into kohls if you’re looking for a fresh bagel.

I don't know why I keep giving this place chance after chance.. It is always disappointing.. this morning, We bought 2 buttered rolls with bacon, 2 regular rolls with butter, and 2 small bottles of orange juice. It came to $28.52, and they literally put 2 little pieces of bacon on the rolls that were already hard. I'll be going to Bagel Cafe in the Kohl's shopping center from now on.

I order from freshy fresh once a week. Coming from a customer service worker myself I've never encountered so many mistakes in my life. Every single time I order an egg sandwich from here it's always wrong. Missing something, ingredients added when it's not asked such as ketchup. I usually don't complain but it's starting to become very annoying paying for something and it's never right. I don't get how hard it is to give someone the correct food that they have asked for. It's an egg sandwich. It's not a hard thing to make. I get mistakes happen, but every week? I worked for freshy fresh back in the day when it used to be good, I'm not sure what has happened in between.
