Ordered a BLT with extra lettuce extra tomato extra cucumber & american cheese. The bacon was undercooked, and there were no extra vegetables, no cucumbers, no american cheese.

I see this location is still not practicing good hygiene. Came here when the pandemic began dying down a bit and I walked in and the lady that worked there was mopping the floor in food grade gloves said hi what can I get you, she put the mop down and was about to serve me didn’t attempt to change the dirty gloves. I just said never mind. Went back there couple days ago and the staff had her gloves on that she made a sandwich (s) with went to handling money then then wanted to take my order with the same gloves. They need the health dept. in there.

Look at facebook negative comments, Subway does not and never has made there heroes like the commercial looks like. Very little meat or cheese of any type. Since Bill the original owner passed away they have gotten even cheaper with meats or cheese on heroes. 1 slice of cheese= 1/4 of normal slice in any other hero store.Jerzy Mike's much better. The owner should read these reviews if they want to stay in business.

It is absolute nonsense that this location (Shirley NY) does not honor the terms and conditions of the Subway coupons. The manager refused to accept the coupon tonight for sandwiches clearly covered under terms and conditions. Just because they are a franchisee does not permit them to ignore the coupons Corporate Subway put in newspapers. The whole purpose of coupons is to entice people into the restaurant and make loyal repeat customers. I hope it was worth keeping that extra $11 and in return losing a customer who eats out ALL THE TIME!! l willnot step foot into this location again!! They need to start honoring current coupons. Lousy lousy customer service and nothing but contempt for hardworking people in this tough economy!!!! Stay away from this location!!!

Ordered 2 subs, 12 inch each. They only put 3 slices of each meat instead of 4 slices. Coldcut combo has 3 types of meat and 4 slices of each.How petty of them. So they a saved a total of 6 slices. I'll never eat there again.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and the staff. I bought three sandwiches and asked for Chipotle on one of them, and the employee puts the sauce on all 3. I tell him he made a mistake and gets all upset and acts rude instead of just apologizing. He reacts with a terrible attitude and starts speaking in another language to his coworker, insting that it's my fault. What ever happened to being nice to the customer? I ended up paying for sandwiches that we can't eat because they are spicy. 0/10 is the accurate calcification. Rude and unpleasant staff.

Very stingy when it comes to making sandwiches. Barely any meat and vegetables. I haven't been here in months, felt like giving them another try and they chatged me for X2 meat in my sandwich. Over charges for food I didn't order. Never coming back here again. Way too cheap..

Guy charged me for 2 cookies separately instead of the meal when he definitely heard me tell my friend I would get the meal and he could have the drink. I realized immediately after the guy charged my card, asked if that way costed more and he said yes. He refused to do anything about it..no drink, no future coupon..terrible customer service.
