I made an order at 11.30 pm to my work place. I wrote special instructions since this happened before. I said “deliver to main door, if the doors are not opening call me”. I saw notification saying that my driver Daniel is pulling in. So I went to the door. I waited 5-6 mins. Than my notification changed to complete. I called the store. The person said he delivered my pizza to the nurse with blue uniform in the main lobby. I said I am by the main entrance lobby, we have no nurse with blue uniform (dress code) also I have been waiting here, nobody came. He said than someone stole my pizza and that is not something he can help but to cancel the order. While we are talking, I went to the back of the units (since it is happened before). I said your employee is lying because he left the pizza in the back part of the building where there is a sign you cannot enter without a badge. He left it on the cold concrete. I have to go out, get my car, drove around just to get a fresh cold pizza. When I said he is lying, he said “ma’am it is 12 o’clock “ . I can tolerate mistakes but I cannot tolerate ignorance and disrespect…

I dont usually order at Domino's, but after seeing the new pepperoni stuffed cheese bread advertised on both my tablet and TV, I was desiring it. So I stopped at this Dominos in Smithtown and ordered it. The employees were nice and even brought it out to my car so I wouldnt have to stand inside. When I got home and opened the box, the pizza was big in size, but horrible. It was undercooked and flowing with cheese, if I'm lucky I only got about 4 slices of very thinly cut peppernoi inside. If you like cheese or your bread undercooked like this, you may enjoy it. I didnt like it and asked myself ," Where's the Pepperoni?", It's supposed to be pepperoni stuffed. Was this store low on pepperoni or running low in stock? Never again. I did not enjoy it.

My favorite is to add all the toppings except spinach ? jalapeños are my love ? and black olives ! The fresh hand made personal pizzas are the best in the world!

I also place my orders for curbside delivery and on the app the timer will start, they have a certain amount of time to bring the order out or you get a coupon for a free pizza. They stop the timer inside and then make you wait for the pizza. Technically you should get a free pizza but they are lying about giving the order out on time. The other day this happened again, I gave them an extra minute and then went inside. The lady was on her personal cell phone, didn’t acknowledge me, and I saw both of my pizza just sitting in the oven, done. 5 minutes later she asks me if I’m picking up, I said yes, she boxed up my order and basically threw it at me with an attitude. She stopped the timer about 30 seconds into me showing up and it the actual time it took was about 15 minutes longer. Super rude. HorribleLocation. I made a complaint online and a week later still haven’t got a response so that’s that.

They should've taken longer on the quality check because today was just an horrible experience. I got delivery and the pies were very poorly made, the bread was not cooked, the sauce was absolutely raw, and taste was pathetic. This is not the standard i expected from dominos. One star is too mnay; completely ruined my mood and taste.
Always fast , food is ALWAYS well taken care of . And dominos food has come a long way the past few years . Always my last minute choice for something fast and delicious when we do not feel like cooking .

Took two hours to deliver a single order of cheesy bread, and when they got to my girlfriend’s house (not in a difficult spot to find), they didn’t deliver it. When she called them, the manager blamed her for “wasting two hours and food.” Horrible customer service, never going here again. He kept calling under a “scam likely” number, and then blamed her for not picking up a scam call. He also left a THREE MINUTE voicemail on her phone, which is just very odd.

Don't even bother coming to this one my food was cold and lacked taste .. they called telling me that the address I gave them is taking them to another town .. which isn't true .. the driver gets to my place and wanted me to stick my hand in his bag and take my pizza out his bag !! Like what kind of crap is this ... I want my whole tip back if I have to do the work the. The driver tells me my pizza is cold .. like yea you took for ever to get here I'm not shocked for $34 dollars I'm totally disgusted with the smithtown dominos

No prices are posted anywhere in the store. When we have called to order and ask prices we get different quotes. Customer service is non existent. Ordered on phone and when we went to pick up they wanted to charge us more. Run do not walk away. Absolutely a crooked place to deal with.

Twice I have utilized this locations schedule ahead delivery. Twice my pizza has shown up ICE cold and 20 minutes late. Pizza is usually undercooked and STINGY with toppings. Save yourself $50 and go to Mario's or Gino's.
