The food is always good and I love the special three course menus. The restaurant was very crowded on Mother's Day and the service was very slow. That is my only Complaint. However the restaurant took my entire meal off the bill to make up for the slow service which was the right thing to do and I appreciated.

Great seafood restaurant, but getting a little pricey. Drinks are 16 dollars for a lot of ice and a small glass. The crab cake appetizer was delicious but 28 dollars for one small hockey puck size serving, i wont be ordering it again it almost the price of an entree. Our main course was delicious the flounder was cooked to perfection.

OUTSTANDING!!!! We enjoyed the delicious Wednesday wine dinner-The portions were bountiful as well as expertly prepared. We sat outside on a beautiful evening- our server Michael was TOP NOTCH!! He is an excellent waiter and really enhanced our meal!! Will definitely return!!

First, Nick our waiter was excellent! So personable and attentive. The salads were delicious,Bronzino so flavorful and H2O roll and Montauk Roll so good. It was my husband's birthday and Nick surprised him with a gift card to use on our next visit! Always a pleasure to dine there!

We always enjoy the wine dinners. The pairings are great but the food is what always makes the pairings special. Unique tastes with a varied menu. We will continue to return for the wine dinners. As usual the service is great.

Freshest seafood in Smithtown! Not only was our server Stephen friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable about the menu, but the other servers, bussers, runners were all so pleasant. It's like NYC restaurant status of high end quality experience right here in Smithtown.
Our waitress was great and friendly. All The food was amazing. My H20 roll was fresh! The shrimp Parmesan had such flavor. And my strawberry sorbet was delicious!! Great night at H20!!

It was restaurant week so it was very busy. We always start with salad and yummy warm popovers. The entrees were amazing from the main course to the side dishes. Fresh and delicious. Dessert was included in restaurant week so light and crispy lemon tart finished the evening.
Erin was a very pleasant and attentive server. Management went around and checked in with their patrons to make sure that everything was okay. Very nice experience. I just wish there was an alternate parking area.

Since they had an overall menu change gearing away from their previous menu the choices weren't appealing to us and a few things we ordered we were not a fan of the new ingredients/additions on it. Minimal side choices. Just very different and we been here many times. The surf and turf was amazing. Service is always amazing.
Overall, the entire experience is always excellent. Eric was phenomenal as a server. He was very attentive and personable. We frequently return to H2O just to see Eric. The food here is phenomenal.
