“My boyfriend & i went to this ralph’s and now we can confidently say this will be the only ralph’s we go to. John, the extremely nice & attentive owner, was the sweetest person we have ever met. he had been closed for an hour and still gave our order to us with a huge smile and great conversation. we were extremely apologetic since we came so late but he didn’t care, he talked to us for 10 minutes and made our day brighter. we love ralph’s but we love this ralph’s A LOT!! his staff is amazing and we couldn’t help but tip them for there amazing work.sincerely danielle & mike“

“The man behind the counter is always there when I come in, he recognizes me sometimes which I love. He's so sweet and has conversations about how the store is and how the east Islip location is. The smoothies and teas are all great and I'd highly recommend them to anyone who goes to the gym or is just on the run with no time for a meal. They have so many to choose from too.“

“Lunch, May 2, 2023 at 2pm.. I left with the best tasting strawberry daiquiri smoothie that I've ever had. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It is also very clean. I've been going to Tropical Smoothies in different areas for years now. Many years ago I was not impressed with the Smithtown store. I started going back last year. Whoever is working there now.... Also made the Best wrap that I've ever had. It was baked perfectly, crispy, fully loaded with chicken and all the "Baja chicken" ingredients. It was seriously the best wrap I've ever gotten there. The team that you have right now - They are Excellent!! Pay them well and Keep them!!! Thank you.“
