I got a stapler pin in my sushi, which made me upset, but what made me more upset was the fact that people at the restaurant I called gaslighted me and told that there possibly couldn't have been a pin in there with the implication that I had something to do with it. You guys are disgusting people, take accountability for your actions, and I will never ever eat there, absolutely disgusting. There could have been a serious injury.

As an Uber Eats driver, the staff are a bunch of college kids who have no common sense. When I walked in, they literally had over 10 orders for takeout on the table. The girl with long hair gave me a look but ignored me. Okay? Weird. But her and the other stooges kept walking pass me several times avoiding any sort of eye contact when I was simply picking up an order. They only wanted to keeping walking around doing nothing and focus on 3 tables. It wasnt busy. Do they think I was just standing by the takeout table because I had nothing better to do? Please hire staff that have a brain.

Been going there for 7 years. They were a rare find . The food is great, fresh, hot and all you'd expect. The owners are kind and honest. This place is a no brainer if you love excellent japanese!!!

Looks closed even though the place is open. Smithtown location was small. Service was good. Sesame chicken was good but not the same compared to the RVC location. I want more chicken and less breading.

Placed a sushi order Naruto roll it was absolutely nasty the crunchy on top was completely stale. No wasabi or ginger. Very disappointed. I will not be returning. Won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered takeout tonight looking forward to some good food. Iv'e only heard good things about Wild Ginger. What a disappointment. The sushi is ok but I find that all sushi is just ok these days unless you go to Kotobuki. $15 for a 4 pc roll is too expenive. $12 for seaweed salad cause they put lettuce underneath seaweed is a waste cause you want seaweed not lettuce! The Dim Sum sampler looked like a plate of deflated balloons with dipping sauce. The Gen Tso chicken was soggy. When I walked in the place had 2 guests at 7pm and No other orders coming out for pick up but mine. Will not be returning.
