Ordered my ice cream one they have had for years (chocolate devotion) . They didn't even make the ice cream anywhere near correctly (just chocolate ice cream with a small piece of brownie put on top) and when I asked about it they just told me that is how it's made now days. Not worth the price.

I have been to this store numerous times within the last 3 years, and I have to say the customer service was not as usual. I ordered cake batter ice cream with some mix ins that weren't mixed in at all. I won't be going back anytime soon.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My daughter worked there for over a month, they didn't pay her for the first week under the claim that they were changing ownership. I suggested she stays since it was her first job and could have been a legitimate oversight, however they delayed her paycheck and when she finally received it, she only got paid for half the time she worked. The new owner repeatedly told staff his intention is to have the kids run the place so he can go do other things. There is never an adult, my daughter was told to close the shop multiple times though she was 15 and was working there with another minor. It was a terrible experience for her. Also, most of the better reviews are posted by their family/friends. STAY AWAY!

they say they’re under new management so it should be better but it’s been horrible. The last six times I’ve went they barely have the cold stones turned on their ice cream comes out like a soup and they only give you half a cup even when you buy a large.

this may be the worst creamery I've been too. The ice cream makers are terrible at their jobs and have no passion. I saw one of them spit in my cup. they also do not sing to you when u order a signature creation. the bathroom is a disgrace, the handle is an ice cream scooper and is always flooded with urine and the toilet is clogged. there isn't even a lock on the bathroom. the owner yawr, is frankly rude and is awful at his job. he can't even make the ice cream properly. I will not be coming back.

Purchased an almond caramel apple. It was moldy and when I returned to the store for a refund, the counter person did not know how to refund my purchase. He told me I would have to call the manager and come back.

There is usually always fun music and the workers appeared more positive before. I’m wondering if something changed. The lack of music makes it difficult to enjoy my experience as it is a less lively atmosphere.
I agree with several of the other reviews. Staff is a great teenagers who seem to be in another world. However, the ice cream is quite good. Not outstanding but good. They need to have an adult manage the overall operation and I believe service will improve. I will definitely go for ice cream in the future. Some of there flavors are very good.

The store has made so many changes under the new ownership.love the fact that Rocky Mountain is back. Love the caramel covered apples goes great with the fall season. The staff was also very good very friendly n sweet.. Will come back for more apples and ice cream
