This little hole in the wall used to be the hidden gem of the Jamaica area Chinese/Cantonese takeout spot. Sadly, that's no longer the case. The quality of the food has dramatically gone down. The staff makes up their own prices. They completely disregard the prices on the menu and charge whatever they feel like. When you call them out on it, they are incredibly rude. This was my last visit to Shun Fook. What a shame.

This place gave me food poisoning twice!!! This place fell off used to be the best hole in the wall spot around. Now they can't get your order right, in person or over the phone and overcharge for what's now terrible food.

Horrible food. I threw out all of it was beyond “horrible.”The elderly man had a runny nose it wasn’t a pleasant sight having him prepared my food.I ordered a won ton soup I don’t have the words to describe how bad it was.The veggie dumplings was horrendous. He used a glove to take it out of the bucket to heat them up (instead of steaming) the dough was hard and chewy. He put the glove back into the bucket instead of throwing it away and at one point he touched his runny nose. The food was better before pre-pandemic. The won ton soup was good pre-pandemic.Due to inflation the quality of the food is very bad!! It’s my first time going back since 2020 the start of the pandemic. So I now know to never ever go back.

Food is fresh and their Tostada salad bowl from the Mexican Menu is very filling.Vegetarian options: They will comply with your requests for vegetables if on hand.Dietary restrictions: Less salt, no MSG, they will comply and with a Smile.

Was skeptical because of how "dead" it looks form the outside but they're the only ones that have Cantonese style noodle soup and since my daughter was feeling under the weather I wanted her to have good soup. We ordered two shrimp wonton noodle soup, chicken noodle soup chicken wings and fries. Both soup was sooo good! It definitely hit the spot, the cilantro in it looked old but everything was yummy. The fries were hard but the wing were crispy just the way I like it. I'm glad I tried them out and I'll definitely always order soup from them. The old man was also nice. I WOULD RECOMMEND!

This restaurant is a staple in the neighborhood. It's better during lunch, than it is at dinner. The seats and tables are unkept. The pricing has increased way too much. The quality is not worth what I spent. Fried Chicken Wings with plain Fried Rice is not worth $10.

I have gotten take-out here for 10 years. My usual orders are the Lunch Special Pork Lo Mein or The Orange Chicken - with Pork Fried Rice and Wonton Soup. DELICIOUS. Great price. I also order the Cantonese soups- either the Roasted Pork, or the Pulled Pork and Vegetables. Great Price!
