I really loved the food, I was happy with the tandoori chicken and goat saag. Also the roti and naan were thoroughly cooked unlike other places.

We stopped in and made a take away order of two large meals and some entrees. We stupidly didn't check the bag before leaving and driving half an hour to get home. When we got home we realised they have not put the entrees in. I rang and spoke to someone who told me that the girl had forgotten to put it in the bag. She said I could come and pick it up but I told her it was too far. She did not apologise. I asked if I could come by tomorrow and get the things they had missed as we had paid for them. She said I could. The next day I went in and told the girl who had served us yesterday what happened. She knew and said, "okay, I'll make you your two samosas". She did not apologise. She did not offer me any kind of compensation. She did not offer me my money back. I then sat and waited for twenty minutes while she made the two samosas. She gave them to me and wished me a nice day. I will never go back. Terrible business sense and no customer service!!

I go with my wife to this lovely place quite often! This is my favorite place to grab a bite. I visit this place routinely. The meals are of high quality, the staff is friendly and the prices are fair. I like being in this place over a rich dinner.

This place is now called Virsa. Inconsistent, some days they blow me away with the food others the food is blah. The service is not good and I will never dine in with them but on the days that the food is good...... IT BLOWS YOUR MIND!!!!!
