Asked for a medium thin white pizza and essentially got cheesy garlic bread. They don’t offer a “white” pizza online but have a 4 cheese pizza which is a white pizza. However, instead of that being their go to white, you just get the garlic sauce and cheese. And heaven forbid someone at the register says “we don’t offer just a white pizza but our signature “white” is our 4 cheese”. Problem solved. But nope, when I called the manager said he personally divided the dough for a thin crust medium, sounds like he just eye balled it instead of weighing it (why is there no corporate weight?) and gave me a hard time about how how I ordered, saying I was wrong and didn’t even hear me out on maybe having the cashiers say the change. Let alone I waited 30 minutes and it’s barely cooked. Never again.Response to store manager:I ordered in store (waited 30 minutes), asked for a white pizza and this is what I was given. So there was no confusion about ordering online, just no communication from the person I was ordering with.

Might be my favorite pizza joint within driving distance of my house. This applies to both locations Hilton and Gates. Pizza never disappoints, always get what I order, ordering online is easy and the workers are very pleasant. Note: they do not take cash.
Ordered a sheet and wings. Half the sheet had no sauce at all. (Not sure how that gets missed?) The kid in the phone said "we're too busy to get a pizza to you. I'll have the manager call you" I had a house full of people and half a sheet to feed them. The manager still hasn't called. I don't suppose he will. So many better choices. Pizza Shack 585-352-5005 is a much better option. Not the first time Perri's has screwed me. It will be the last.

DIDN'T want to help me out with the coupon to buy one get one free WOULDN'T HELP ME get the coupon off my phone to get the bogo for pizza slice. HE COULD HAVE OVERWROTE IT I SHOWED HIM THE COUPON ON MY PHONE... I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN I AM SO UNSATISFIED I WILL LET EVERYBODY KNOW HOW I FEEL. I am very disappointed with the steak sub I just received. $15 for a tiny sub that wasn’t any better than cheap subway. I still have to cook … this didn’t fill anyone up.

Every single time I accept a doordash or uber eats order, I'm always waiting 10-15+ every single time. You walk in, the staff are always in the back, and you'll wait 5+ minutes to be acknowledged. EDIT: Each vist has gotten a lot better. Acknowledged right away.
