It’s been a long time since we ate at Arirangs so we decided to go for date night! Jeremiah was our server and he was excellent! Extremely pleasant and super efficient. He was always one step ahead of us! Absolutely great service! The private dining area had a nice upgrade as well!

What a great dinning experience. We had Pipin as our cook today he was fantastic and made the kids laugh. Raymond was our waiter along with Anthony helping out. Both excellent.
Jackie was my server she was amazing. On top on refills And my chef Guzman was 100/10. Will most definitely be coming back.

This was my first experience at hibachi and it was amazing. The chef Wu was great and funny as well. He prepared the food in a fashionable manner ??. Also, our sever Raymond was so patience and soft spoken but tentative, he didn’t miss a beat, drink was almost empty, he would just pop up lol. Also the manager was great, she ensure we had a great experience and welcomed us back.
The service was great. The chief was good up until he kept telling my daughters to take him home. Just a little weird. Again the server, Jackie was all smiles and attentive. However, I was extremely disappointed with the bill. I had 4 people and added an additional 4 people to my table a few hours before. We did two separate checks. Since when do we get charged a 20% large party fee to eat a Arirang. I wasn’t having a party, I choose to celebrate a birthday and have dinner with 8 people. It’s outrageous and how do we allow this as valued customers. I choose to celebrate a birthday dinner at your restaurant and I get charged an outrageous fee to bring more people which means more $$. Not only did I pay the 20% so did the other family of four that I invited. It’s very unfortunate but it’s tacky and I will definitely think twice about going to Arirang again. I hope many others will mention this and boycott until that 20% large party fee is removed. Such a shame!

I'm having mixed thoughts about writing this review and can't decide on how many stars to give this location.Went with the family to celebrate my child's birthday last night, it was pouring so decided to take advantage of their valet parking service. Inside all was great, food and entertainment all thumbs up, Family was happy.Problem came when we left, valet gave me back the car with NO BRAKES!!! Everything that followed was a nightmare, barely made it around the block. Visualize a pouring, cold, dark night. Nervous, crying children. Extra expense of getting a tow truck and an Uber. This will be the memory we'll have. So much for a happy birthday.Today I'm still dealing with the aftermath to find out the brakes were leaking. I gave the valet a perfectly working vehicle, an hour later got it back broken. What the he** did he do to my car?Now, don't get me wrong, like I said the restaurant experience was great. Food, chef and server were splendid but be warned if you decide to use their valet.

Gracie was an absolute gem! She was very very attentive to us and constantly made sure we had what we needed! Joc was our chef and he was also great. Constantly making great jokes to go along with our meals, he was great keeping our attention & we had an amazing time! Definitely recommend coming for a birthday celebration! ??
