The Poke bowl I custom ordered didn't include every item but the worst part was that the sushi rice was old, hard & didn't even fill up half the bowl! I was so disappointed with the food from here. I won't be back.

I got a build your own poke bowl, strawberry milk tea and crème brûlée milk tea. As a lover of sushi and boba, I wouldn't recommend this place. The raw fish was not good and the rice was hard and tasted stale. The milk tea was not good, tasted watery and like milk.

I’ve gotten food here before it’s usually quite good. However I made an order today and they got it all wrong. I requested no green beans and they put it in anyway. I had to pick them out one by one. The fish was a mixture of salmon and tuna. The fish was very chewy and bitter. I thought maybe I just had a bad piece and tried another but it was also bitter as if it’s spoiled. I asked for spicy mayo sauce on the side (I asked to be charged) and I never got it. Instead I got a little squirt of some kind of yellow sauce which I didn’t like. I also asked for soy sauce and utensils and I never got those either. I’ve seen the woman cooking the food one time when I picked it up myself.. she looks like she freely farts in close proximity to the food.Update: Owner responded to me saying I’m lying. Just because that particular sauce is popular doesn’t mean that I like it. I wanted what I ordered not what’s 2nd most popular. All my requests were in the notes. Seems like you didn’t read the notes. I guess I didn’t ask for no green beans also right? This food was spoiled I didn’t finish it I was afraid I’d get sick.

Hands down one of the best bowl resturants in NYC. Chicken Teriyaki with vegetables and rice is simply one of their best foods and it's phenomenal. Sometime the place offers a very nice free drink and other offers in store. This is simply the nicest and the best asian restaurant on SI ever, period.
