It's a Baskin-Robbins. Not much to say. This is a Dunkin combination and they have a drive-through which is a plus. Just be careful making that turn that you don't dent your car. Did a drive through a few weeks ago (contactless pick-up). Was not thrilled to see a person behind the window without a mask on (It was another member of the staff-not the window person). Especially for the safety of the remainder of the staff, but this is nothing new in this current climate. Wouldn't stop me from driving by again for an ice cream on a hot day.

I always stop by Dunkin' Donuts no matter what state I am in I have coffee three times a day in each store in any state that I am in I am a Dunkin' Donuts customer for sure since I was 18 years old I've been drinking 3 cups of Dunkin' Donuts coffee every day I love you guys I even buy the Keurig pods for my coffee maker at home. Thank you Dunkin' Donuts for such great service and commitment to your customers.Your service to the community is phenomenal.

Drive thru worker is very nasty and unprofessional.. Instead of telling people what they don't have he allowed me continuously ask for a different one each time just to say they don't have it. I understand it's late just tell us what you have and we can order from those choices. Instead of being nasty with the customer

Worst Dunkin on the planet. I have had to create a special favorite just for them, since their coffee is like dishwater compared to other Dunkins (I e. Have it made with less cream and less sweetener). On more than one occasion, 10 minutes after I placed my pick up order, it's not ready, and then I get told no order was placed. Show them my phone, receipt, having to point out the most recent one, since they don't know how to read their own app, then finally get my order. I'm here for the holidays, as well as most weekends, and have spent a small fortune on coffee here. No more. I'll head up the road to Starbucks from now on.

This has to be the worst fast food place ever! I pull up to put in my order and the girls is in the mic asking where her phone is ? I had to repeat myself for my simple order of an ice tea 3x. I get to the window to find out that this must be the hang out spot bc there were over 4 employees there. Every time I give this Dunkin a chance to redeem their poor customer service, it never fails that they continue to lack in service.

The service here between the hours of 2 pm and 6 pm are horrible. The staff are disrespectful m. When ask to speak to a manger there response was f him too

This Dunkin is my go to spot. I come here every morning for a coffee. I was On my way home late one night around 1230 and the drive through is supposed to be 24/7. I waited 3 minutes at the speaker then 5 minutes at the window. There were notes written on the window about a camera crew coming at 4am. After the 5 minutes of me honking my horn a worker finally came to the window and said there closed. You can't be 24/7 if you close at any time. Very upset with this past experience

I hate to be THAT guy that does a yelp review on a Dunkin Donuts, but my experiences at this location have been SO terrible that I'm even boycotting this Dunkin Donuts at this point (and I have NEVER boycotted a Dunkin Donuts, EVER!). Whenever I order on the Dunkin Mobile app, by the time I get there, the drink is never even started! On top of that, I always request only one pump of the flavor swirl in my drink, and I've SEEN these people ignore my request put SEVEN PUMPS in my medium drink anyway! On top of that, the employees are always talking to each other and hanging out whenever I come in instead of paying attention to customers coming in, and have had delays with coming to take my order because they're too busy socializing with each other. Yesterday was my final straw with this Dunkin Donuts. I walked in to order my coffee (as I had given up on using the mobile app at the point since they never make my drink until after I arrive anyway), and I went up to the register and waited to make my order. I saw ALL the employees noticed that I was there. THREE, yes, THREE employees even WALKED BY THE REGISTER, SAID HI TO ME, THEN WALKED AWAY TO DO GOD KNOWS WHAT, instead of taking my order or trying to tell whoever is supposed to work the register that there is a customer! I obviously was getting frustrated, but I tried to maintain my cool and I asked out loud, "Is anybody here going to take my order?!". Of course, I was ignored, and at that point I was DONE! I stormed out of that Dunkin Donuts, and I will NEVER be coming back to this location!!

Came here once. Right off the bat they didnt get the order right. The coffee was bland, almost like it was stale or watered down. I also ordered coffee with no sugar since I'm a diabetic. When I received the coffee it was loaded with sugar, even after they repeated the order back to me and confirmed I wanted it without sugar. Unfortunately I already returned home before I noticed. Had to throw the whole thing out. I won't revisit this location, especially since other reviewers have mentioned the same problems.
