Customer service unsatisfied today 5/25/23 because Sidney kept hanging up on my husband numerous times before was trying to finish the order and ready to provide debit card number Sidney very rude. Food was ordered 5:45 total was $47.00 which is a lot of money spent for two smoothies NPand MM, acai bowl, and quesadilla delivery was at 7:00pm it took over an hour for food to be delivered and NP was not full not thick and when he called back Sidney again did not want to hear the complaint of my husband so waiting another hour for the replacement. My husband would not order again very upset was He after a long day of work

Friday, February 24 I ordered a smoothie from better gourmet on Forest Avenue. I often buy smoothies there and I also make my own smoothies. This time their smoothie Contant had more ice than flavor of the ingredients in the smoothie I called and I explain to them I will not be in tue area, and the smoothie is icy. Can I get a comp for the next one or my money back. The young girl that answered, spoke to someone and came back on the phone and told me that they could only give me a smoothie the same day they couldn’t honor it another day. I am very disappointed About their response I don’t think I’ll shop there anymore and they should have better customer service for all customers.Parking: meter street parking

Excellent food and amazing healthy choices! We got 2 wraps and both were among top 5 we ever had ! We'll be back soon for sure !
Food tastes decent. But that's not really worth the astronomical prices when Call it a Wrap is 10 minutes away and has 5x the options at half the price. They are also super cheap with substitutions and refuse basic subs. Also don't get a wrap with lettuce in it or it will be 70% lettuce

Ordered food and smoothies and everything was delicious. The bacon bbq melt hot bowl the prime hot bowl were both cooked and had a lot of flavor. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Just came from here for the first time ever shockingly I drive past this place all the time and never notice it. The cashier was great and explained to me that they been there a long time I was shocked because I was looking for a decent salad place. Prices are decent with nice size portions just wish they had a few more salad topping options but they make up for it with plenty of non salad options like hot bowls wraps and burgers. I ordered a create a salad with grilled chicken and a matcha love. It was great I didn't even use the dressing. I will definitely be back many times and now that I see that they deliver I will be ordering from them regularly!

I usually get a smoothie… cucumber, apple, pineapple, ginger…..Fast and friendly. Cares about customers.Place is very clean, has AC, and has seating inside.Has lots of healthy food options from salads to burgers and pizza that is gluten free.I went around lunchtime.Not a lot of places to park but it looks like they are on some delivery apps like Doordash.Will def be coming back. Photos on the next visit.
