I loved it. I'm sad to see them go. Everything that they made here was delicious, with quality ingredients. I'm so happy I went because high-quality places like this need to stay open. Customer service was incredible from start to finish. The food was perfect from appetizers to dessert.

I know Thanksgiving Dinner prix fixe is hard to deliver, but this was off the mark for a "Michelin rated" site. Courses were dry and lacking flavor. Too many options maybe. Service took forever even though place was sparsely populated during our seating. Ambiance was off due to drafty air coming from the back and staff didn't close off the curtain to block it.

Service was lacking but food was very good

Expensive and skimpy but tasty. Tight location but cozy. Unfortunately the service was poor. Three hour dinner of finger foods. Expresso and dessert was delicious

We were a party of 11 tonight after the NYC marathon and it was AMAZING!! Everyone loved their meals from Appetizers to dessert - would highly recommend!

Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The award-winning chefs use the best quality ingredients to produce dishes that are delightful. The restaurant also offers a wonderful drink menu. They offer a really good wine & drink selection.

Came running to Bin 5 when we heard they would be closing as of Nov. 28th. The eggplant lasagna is LIFE. Enjoyed the Porterhouse for 2 and all the delicious sides. My kids loved the Fregola with Clams and the Quesadilla. Dessert was just as perfect - peanut butter chocolate cake and the brownie. If we lived a little closer we'd be here more often, but we have no problem making the trip for the times that we can visit. Go now!!! It's so great to have a place that serves innovative dishes - we love being able to have something different since it seems most places serve typical Italian food. The menu is so varied that there's something for everyone. We love you Bin 5!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bin 5 and I highly recommend that everyone reading this drop what they are doing and immediately make a reservation here. I had wanted to go for a while and never made the time but I am so glad that I finally did.Every employee we spoke with was kind, attentive, and happy to answer any questions we had. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and feels cozy in a modern way.Every single dish that we ordered was divine, including the bread we were given in the beginning of our meal. The meatball small plate was out of this world delicious. I wish I had some right now. My family still raves about them. I also ordered the heirloom tomato salad and thoroughly enjoyed it (I've tried to copy it at home and it's never as good). My father loved his grilled salmon, especially the beurre blanc sauce, and my mother and I really enjoyed our pappardelle bolognese. Everything tasted wonderful and fresh. We also ordered the berries and cream dessert which was great and the star of the show the pistachio walnut cake. That cake was so amazing that I will never forget it.I'll absolutely be back to try some more items and order the meatballs and pistachio walnut cake again! Just a wonderful experience all around.

It's always an enjoyable experience. The wine list is varied with many small producers from around the world. The food is exceptional in so many ways. We are repeat customers and Bin 5 is our “go-to” venue on Staten Island. We will be back again soon.

Lovely place to dine. The food options were varied and plentiful. Staff was friendly, attentive and welcoming. The main dining room feels a little crowded, which therefore makes it a tad noisy, but I am glad to see them doing well enough to be crowded. The venue used to have a wonderful, gorgeous outdoor option; now it's just an attractive wooden box — some imaginative attention to that back area could make it a preferred option to the indoor space, as it was in the past. A really superior dining experience overall
